District: SellwoodJULES ROGERS - This one-story warehouse in Sellwood is already surrounded by new dense infilled townhomes and older single-family homes.

A one-floor industrial building is being demolished to make way for a new five-floor, 24-unit apartment building. It is planned to have underground parking and approximately 6,000 square feet of retail space on the main level, below the apartments.

District: BuckmanJULES ROGERS - Ths busy Stark Street location is across the street from Revolution Hall.

Contractor: Deform NW

Leasing: Urban Works

This entire building is being reconfigured into a flex retail and creative space from the basement stairs to the walls by design-build firm Deform NW, which has a full service metal fabrication shop. On the first floor, the walls are being reconfigured to create future tenants space, a mechanical room, grabage room, new patio entry and full seismic upgrade.


PSU Electric Vehicle Charging Stations

1900 S.E. Fourth Ave.JULES ROGERS - PSU has seen a lot of new construction updating its campus recently, including the pictured business school.

District: City Center

Owner: Portland State University

Owner's Agent: State of Oregon Dept. of Admin. Services

This bid includes design-build construction and installation of 43 electrical vehicle charging stations on parking level 2 in the Fourth Avenue Building. The scope will include all power distribution infrastructure along with the installation of the charging stations, which will each be hardwired and equipped with ChargeGuard key switch restriction.

Completion is slated for June 30.
