As part of the Parks Replacement Bond construction project, the facility at Mt. Tabor summit is being updated to include two all-user restrooms. Other repairs include a new roof, accessibility improvements, plumbing and electrical updates. The Parks Replacement Bond is also funding improvements to Mt. Tabor Maintenance Yard and the SDC-funded Southeast 64th Bicycle/Pedestrian path.

Work on the comfort station began in March and is slated for completion in June.

Two new buildings are going up at the site formerly home to Macadam's Bar & Grill. The four-story multi-family building will include 31 units with onsite parking, and the three-story multi-family building will include 33 units with onsite parking. Plans also include site improvement and amenities.

Broadstone PearlPAMPLIN MEDIA GROUP: JOSEPH GALLIVAN - The site plans include 93 parking spaces and 231 bike parking spaces.

This new six-floor apartment building is planned to have 146 units, 11 live-work units and 709 square feet of retail on the ground floor. It was previously addressed 1400 N.W. Raleigh.

The L-shaped building takes up three quarters of a block and the site was formerly occupied by a 20,000 square foot, single-story, 1929 warehouse.
