Adjacent to Blick art materials, this 14-floor residence will include 102 units and 1,500 square feet of retail space. Plans include 155 basement parking spots. The tower sits on a two-story base, with an adjacent one-story retail sidecar. The site was previously home to Jim Stevens Auto Body, which was demolished last December.

This development is slated to become a six-story self-storage building. Plans include interior parking for the ground floor. The site was once home to Exhaust Specialties, which closed after 65 years in operation and was torn down.
