This six-floor mixed-use housing building will have 214 apartment units along with 2,400 square feet of retail space on the ground floor. Plans include 126 below-ground and 17 ground-level car parking spots.

The 56,389-square-foot, eight-floor development is currently leasing space, and is already 44 percent preleased. The development offers retail at the ground level and creative office space on the upper floors. A creation by architect and developer Kevin Cavenaugh, much of the $18 million development budget was crowdfunded.
