Plans include bike parking for 124 bicycles. The same architect and development team are also building a 20-floor hotel on the Salmon Street side of the block. NW Natural has plans to move into the office space from its Chinatown headquarters in the fall of 2019.

Plans also include 3,200 square feet of retail space on the ground floor, and nine of the units will also be on the ground floor. There will be 20 percent of the units set aside to be affordable for those earning less than 80 percent of the area median family income.

Both blocks include ground floor retail and share two levels of underground parking with 602 stalls, equaling 20,000 square feet. Plans include bike parking for 553 bicycles. The total square footage is 594,000.
