Police offer clinic on safe use of children's car seats
Beaverton Police will conduct a free child safety seat clinic from 9 a.m. to noon, Saturday, March 18, at Kuni Auto Center, 3275 S.W. Cedar Hills Blvd., Beaverton.
No appointment is necessary. The last car will be accepted at 11:30 a.m. unless demand necessitates an earlier cut off time.
The 30-minute child safety seat check is intended to be an interactive learning experience from a certified technician, so parents and caregivers can feel more comfortable installing and using their car seats.
The clinic is part of a parnership between Beaverton Police, Kuni Auto Center and the Safe Kids Coalition-Washington County.
