A car driven by a 20-year-old plowed into a Cedar Mill home early Sunday morning. Alcohol appears to have been a factor. No one was injured.
Washington County Sheriff's Deputies say Carter Culleton, 20, of Portland, was driving a 2000 Jeep Grand Cherokee when he hit a stop sign and collided with a house in the 2300 block of Northwest Woodrose Drive in Cedar Mill.
The crash occurred just before 4 a.m. Sunday. Deputies said Culleton's blood alcohol content was almost twice the legal limit. Culleton also is younger than 21; the legal drinking age in Oregon.
He was charged with driving while under the influence of intoxicants and second-degree criminal mischief.
