Three Prineville residents, seven other arrested in Redmond drug bust
Three Prineville residents and seven others were arrested Monday evening in Redmond following an ongoing drug investigation.
According to Redmond Police Department, at 10:09 p.m., officers from the Redmond Police Department, Redmond Police Department Street Crimes Unit and Detectives from the Central Oregon Drug Enforcement (CODE) team, executed a search warrant at a Southwest 32nd Court residence in Redmond.
Redmond residents Jacob Hill, Samuel Hill and Nicole Detroit were located and arrested at the residence during the execution of the search warrant.
While executing the search warrant, 31-year-old Prineville resident Elizabeth Peters left the residence and was located nearby hiding within a neighbor's property. She, too, was subsequently arrested.
During a search of the residence and of persons inside, authorities located methamphetamine and heroin as well as packaging equipment and paraphernalia. Prineville residents Shane Bei, age 28, and Eric Durbin, age 36, were arrested as were Redmond resident Amanda Hammond and Bend residents Patrick Higgins, Marcus Thornberry and Johnny Walker.
Bei was charged with possession of heroin, Durbin was charged with probation violation, and Peters was charged with frequenting a place where drugs are used or sold.
