Brought to you by Larry Wilcox -- Max Muscle -- NUTRITION COUNSELING INSIDER --

MAX MUSCLE - Larry WilcoxWell it's almost November and you know what that means; hopefully good times with family and friends for sure, but more often than not, it means partaking a bit too much in foods that equate to larger pant sizes.

I would suggest treating the holiday season much like the rest of the year, mixing in one, maybe two cheat meals per week (it is the holidays after all), and keep up with your exercise as well. Not only will this help keep those extra pounds off, it also keeps you emotionally in the game as well.

Don't start this January off as many of us do, with an extra five, 10, or 20 pounds to lose before summer arrives. Keep you discipline now, and the rewards will find you later.

Now, if you've never visited our store before or if you've been away for a while, I would like to invite you to come check out our new location after December 4th. Come and meet our new Manager/Co-Owner Sung Myers, enjoy convenient front door parking, and get a free Inbody analysis scan as one of the first 10 people to mention this article.

After December 4th our new location address will be: 19376 Molalla Ave. Suite 150 Oregon City, Oregon 97045. You'll find us behind Lil' Cooperstown.

When are you gonna stop putting off feeling good?
