Board members elected to Oregon City Chamber of Commerce
Four local professionals were newly elected to take seats on the board of directors for the Oregon City Chamber of Commerce.
Elected by the chamber membership for terms spanning 2018-21 are Debbie DeRusha of Haven Corner LLC; Kevin Moran of Clackamas Federal Credit Union; Ben James of Elevate Wealth Advisors; and Eric Young of Wells Fargo. They were elected alongside Susan Perry of Coldwell Banker Bain, who was re-elected to a second three-year term.
"At a time of rapid expansion of the city's economy," said Chamber Executive Director Michael Brand, "we're fortunate to have such sharp business minds come onto the board."
The board also includes Pamela Bloom of Oregon City Garbage/B&B Leasing; John Graf of OC Sign GraFx; David Green of Citizens Bank; Janet Hochstatter of Clackamas Volunteers in Medicine; Janet Mann of Janet Mann Nutrition Consulting; Derek Metson of Greenbox Architecture; Dick Orr of BCT; Sheldon Penner of Amicus Data/Chris Cakes NW; Melissa West of First City Wellness; and Doug Whiteley of Clackamas Fire.
Retiring from the board are Mark Ellingson of Lewis & Clark Bank; Mary Heins of My Mother Knows; Shawnda Horn of Double J Construction; and Cameron McCredie of Realty Trust Group.
New members officially will take their seats Jan. 1 and will be publicly installed at the Chamber's annual Celebration of Commerce on Saturday, Feb. 10.
