Scott's Portland-metro office in Gresham. The sibling duo's purchase of offices at 1404 Molalla Ave. and 9200 S.E. Sunnybrook Blvd. bring their total number of offices up to three since they already owned the company's Gresham office at 1700 N.W. Civic Drive.

They have 36 years of combined real estate experience, all of it with John L. Scott Real Estate. Additionally, Fahner had management experience at three different offices prior to becoming an owner.

"I am thrilled to be co-owner with Ronda and I feel everything in my career up to this point has been building up to this moment," Fahner said. "Ronda and I started working together in 2003. All three offices are located on Portland's east side, and this is intentional."

The siblings are available to interview experienced agents looking to make a change as well as those seeking a career in real estate.

"Our number one priority is growing the team," Fahner said. "We are looking to increase our broker count by 30 percent in the next year. We're looking for people who want to be associated with a company that provides the tools and technology to help take their business to the next level."

While he has managed John L. Scott offices as far away as Redmond, Oregon, Fahner explained there is something special about providing real estate services to the community where they grew up, and where he is raising his own kids with his wife, Jennifer. He has been a longtime volunteer for Gresham youth football and the YMCA.

Camman's husband, Mark, who is also a part owner, is looking forward to becoming a Realtor and joining his wife and brother-in-law. He has spent the last 18 years as a sales representative in the steel Industry.

Ronda and Mark Camman have two daughters who are both college graduates. The couple enjoy camping and exploring the Oregon Coast in their RV whenever possible.

Before becoming a Realtor and joining her brother at John L. Scott, Ronda Camman worked for Wells Fargo Bank for 12 years and was the assistant manager of the Customer Service Department at Portland's main branch

Shortly after joining Fahner in real estate, Camman became a successful Realtor on her own and, in 2015, she became the managing principal broker of the Clackamas office and remained there until they purchased the Gresham office in August 2017.

"Craig and Ronda's experience, and dynamic leadership in the East Portland community are just a few of the reasons they are a perfect fit for owning and managing these offices," said Lennox Scott, CEO of John L. Scott Real Estate. "These are strategic locations for realizing our vision of being hyperlocal, go-to experts to meet the local community's real estate needs. I have full confidence Craig and Ronda are going to continue to nurture these offices and make them even stronger. The timing is especially good as we enter the spring market because the number of homes for sales tends to increase dramatically."
