Clackamas Fire, Water Rescue respond to submerged vehicle
Clackamas Fire and the Clackamas County Water Rescue Consortium recently responded to a report of a four door sedan in the water at the Barton Park boat ramp.
A kayaker reported the vehicle around 6:53 p.m. Monday, Sept. 11, and was not certain how long it has been there or if it was occupied.
After receiving the call, a Clackamas Fire rescue swimmer dove into the water and confirmed that the vehicle was unoccupied. The incident has been turned over to the Clackamas County Sheriff's Office, who will work with a tow company to remove the vehicle from the water.
