Around 4:40 p.m. Friday, Feb. 16, officers responded to an emergency assistance request from Clackamas County Sheriff's Office in the 24000 block of Southeast Gravel Lane in Eagle Creek. Cary A. Zorn was arrested by the Sheriff's Office in relation to this case.
Around 4:25 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 11, officers stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation near Northwest Evergreen Way and Northwest Tupid Road. Police discovered that Donald Smith, 32, of Portland had a suspended license. Additionally, there was no insurance on the vehicle, and registration tags were expired. Smith was cited for these violations. The vehicle's owner, Tiffanie Gravening, 28, of Gresham, was present in the vehicle and was cited for providing a vehicle to an unlicensed driver. The vehicle was impounded.
At 2:15 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 14, police took a report that a vehicle reported missing had been found in the 1000 block of Northwest Wade Street.
Around 4:17 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 13, a man working in the 200 block of Broadway Street reported that on the evening of Feb. 9, a man entered his vehicle without his permission. Nothing was taken from the vehicle.
Around 3:46 p.m. Friday, Feb. 16, officers were advised of a request to assist the public regarding an incident that occured three weeks ago in the 400 block of Northwest Wade Street. The incident was documented and will be reported to other agencies.
At 12:02 p.m. Monday, Feb. 12, a referral was made to the Department of Human Services.
