Tips for achieving your fitness goals.
Well, those holidays have passed and you can't just
hibernate until spring. Here are some tips to make it easier to get back in your fitness routine in the New Year.
Schedule your workout. If you don't make time you
won't take time. 3 Gym sessions a week will get you
back in shape.
Train for the goal you want. Run for running, lifting
or high intensity training for weight loss. Get with
Nate or another trainer to set your goals and workout
Follow the 80/20 rule. The what? Eat healthy 80 percent of the time, splurge once in a while but make sure most of your choices are healthy. Remember that that diet and exercise are married, you can't lose weight with just one.
Try something new, a class or a new piece of equipment. Once, again, Nate is your friend and can help you with suggestions for your workout.
Have a workout partner. Keeping your resolution to
getting fit is easier when you share with someone who has the same goals. You will be accountable to each other and it is more fun!
