Developers in Gresham will now have an easier way to submit design drawings and documents through the city's Electronic Plan Review (ePlan), from filing the initial application through the rest of the process.
The expansion to ePlan eliminates the need to produce multiple copies of documents and travel to Gresham City Hall for submittal and payment.
"If you have a development concept in Gresham, show us what you're thinking, because we'd like to work with you, and have streamlined the online process to better transition your project," said Director David Berniker in the Urban Design and Planning department.
Development plans submitted electronically include commercial buildings, homes and larger complexes.
The ePlan enables city staff and designated review agencies the ability to evaluate development planning permits electronically, with real-time project updates.
The system will automatically add a version number to resubmitted drawings or documents so reviewers can easily differentiate between revisions and consult the most recent versions.
