Tickets available for inaugural fundraising event on March 23 at Cedarville Lodge

Logo for gala Building brighter futures through homeownership is the daily purpose of members of the East Metro Association of REALTORS (EMAR).

And by purchasing a ticket to EMAR's upcoming Mission Possible Gala, patrons will help open the door for a disabled veteran to experience that independence and pride of homeownership.

EMAR will host its first Mission Possible Gala Friday, March 23, at Cedarville Lodge in Gresham. The gala is a fundraiser for Homes for Our Troops, a national nonprofit organization that builds and donates specially adapted custom homes for severely injured post-9/11 veterans.

Funds raised the event will be directed to a home planned for Army Staff Sgt. Frank Wasson III and his family in West Salem. Homes for Our Troops has also built homes for veterans in Parkdale and Sandy.

Individual tickets to the gala are $75 per person and include dinner. Sponsorships, both at the corporate level and as table hosts, are available. Patrons will also have the opportunity to bid on silent auction items, or join the live auction for a chance to take home a big ticket item.
