At Target in the 18100 block of N.W. Evergreen Parkway, a man set down his cell phone to pick up his crying child and his cell phone was stolen.

In the 200 block of S.E. 18th Avenue, a woman’s purse was stolen from her car.

April 14

In the 1000 block of S.W. Baseline Street, a woman reported a cell phone stolen from the restroom.

In the 18700 block of N.W. Walker Road, a man reported his motorcycle stolen.

In the 1900 block of N.W. Cadbury Avenue, a woman reported her Social Security number fraudulently used to file taxes.

April 15

In the 1700 block of N.E. Cornell Road, a man reported his vehicle keyed.

April 16

At Target in the 2200 block of S.E. Tualatin Valley Highway, a security team member watched a man open several items with a knife and conceal them on his person. He did not contact the man, however, and he left before officers arrived.

An iPod was stolen from the 700 block of N.E. Brennan Lane.

April 17

Suspects attempted to steal a boat motor from the 200 block of N.E. 18th Avenue.

April 18

A 55-year-old man was arrested for DUII near the intersection of Orenco Station Parkway and Cornell Road.

April 19

A man reported his Social Security number was used to fraudulently file taxes.

Near the intersection of 16th Avenue and S.E. Maple Street, Braulio Navarro Falcon, a convicted felon, became involved in an argument with his estranged girlfriend. He fired about five shots from a handgun into the air in the street and fled in a Dodge Durango, leaving shell casings behind. The vehicle was located and stopped a few minutes later and a handgun was found on the driver’s floorboard. No one was injured and he was lodged in the Washington County Jail.
