Hillsboro Police find 'trespassing' goats near Topgolf
Hillsboro Police stopped a pair of four-footed trespassers on Monday near Brookwood Avenue.
According to police, two runaway goats were found by Hillsboro Police around 8 p.m., Feb. 26,near Northeast Brookwood Parkway and Northwest Meek Road. Police had received reports of the animals roaming the area near TopGolf, 5505 N.E. Huffman St.

Police spokesperson Lt. Henry Reimann thinks the goats may have been headed to the golf venture to start eating some grass.
Police were able to corral the goats and put them in a patrol car, where they were taken to the Bonnie L. Hays Animal Shelter.
According to officials at Bonnie Hays, the shelter was able to get in contact with the goats' owners, who has made arrangements to retreive the animals, which are named Thelma and Louise.
