Building Champions names LO's Pinneo CEO Mentor
Building Champions has announced the addition of Jeff Pinneo to its growing CEO Mentor practice, a group of seasoned C-level executives within the firm who offer one-on-one mentorship services to enterprise leaders.
In his new role as CEO Mentor, Pinneo looks forward to partnering with C-level leaders as they seek to enhance their impact and help their companies achieve their goals more quickly and effectively.
From the vantage point of his own executive experience, he will provide guidance, counsel and support to a select number of high-level leaders.
"Jeff brings extensive experience, knowledge and success to our team from his impressive career," said Daniel Harkavy, CEO and founder of Building Champions. "He exhibits a humble and incredibly curious mind and will add unique value to the clients he will be serving. We are excited to have him join our talented team of CEO Mentors and Executive Coaches."
Pinneo recently transitioned from nearly 13 years as president and CEO in both the for-profit and nonprofit sectors, with 8 1/2 years at Horizon Air followed by four years with the Oregon-based global health nonprofit, Medical Teams International.
Throughout his 33 years in the airline industry, 29 of which were with Alaska Air Group companies Horizon and Alaska Airlines, Pinneo held a variety of leadership positions in the areas of marketing, sales, operations and customer service.
Currently, he is a trustee for the M.J. Murdock Charitable Trust, a foundation supporting the work of thousands of nonprofit organizations throughout the Pacific Northwest. Pinneo also sits on the board for Pacific Continental Bank, an Oregon-based, publicly traded community bank.
He holds a bachelor's degree in advertising from the University of Washington and a Master of Business Administration from Pepperdine University's Graziadio School of Business and Management.
