LO residents buy Grapevine

Lake Oswego residents and business owners Rachel and Paul Phillips have taken over ownership of Grapevine Women's Fashions as Mary and Larry Olund begin their retirement. Grapevine has been a provider of women's clothing and accessories since 2000, and the Phillips say they plan to keep the same level of customer service and quality items that customers know and expect.

The business, which is located at 310 N. State St., was founded in 1977.
