J.C. Fair's got talent

by: HOLLY GILL/MADRAS PIONEER - The top Fair Talent Show winners were, from left, adult division winner, Teresa Baggett and daughter Emma; kids division winner, Justin Plant; and youth division winners Brianna Sumner and Onasis Adame.After a lengthy judging period, the winners of the Jefferson County Fair Talent Show were announced as follows:

Kids Division (age 10 and under): first place, Justin Plant, 10, who sang “Country Stars,” and played the keyboard; and second place, singer Amanda Plant.

Justin Plant won $100 for his first-place win.

Youth Divistion (ages 11-17): Brianna Sumner and Onasis Adame, both 16, won first place with vocals, guitar and piano music.

Second place was won by Riley Flowers, who performed a dance.

Sumner and Adame took home a $100 prize for first place.

Adult Division: Teresa Baggett, performing a song with her daughter Emma, won first place. Second place was won by Johnathan Sharp, who also sang.

Baggett took home the top prize of $300 in the adult category.
