Culver slates student STEMFest

The Culver School District's second annual STEMFest is set for May 25.

Culver School District will hold its second annual STEMFest, on Thursday, May 25.

It is an all-day event, featuring student science and technology projects. The day starts with an assembly at 8:30 a.m., conducted by personnel from the Oregon Museum of Science and Industry. Student projects and demonstrations will follow until 2:20 p.m.

Each of the district's three schools, including all students and staff, will be showcasing their STEM projects that they have put great effort into throughout this school year.

The Culver Middle School showcase is from 9-10:30 a.m.; the Culver High School showcase is from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.; and the Culver Elementary showcase is from 1-2:20 p.m.
