Players from all over the U.S. and Canada are coming to Madras to enter the sanctioned tournament.

The 32nd annual Cascade Cribbage Classic will return to Madras on June 23, 24 and 25, at the Jefferson County Senior Center.

The tournament is sanctioned by the American Cribbage Congress, and draws more than 80 players from all over the U.S. and Canada.

The play on Friday, June 23, begins at 2:30 p.m., with a seven-game early bird match. In the evening, enjoy a nine-game doubles match starting at 7 p.m. If you want to play, but don't have a partner for doubles, one can be found for you.

The main tournament on Saturday begins at 9 a.m. (registration at 8 a.m.) and consists of 22 games played against 22 different opponents.

The Saturday night special will be a nine-game match, starting at 7 p.m.

Playoffs for the main tournament begin at 8 a.m. on Sunday for the top quarter of players, who qualified on Saturday. Cribbage continues with Sunday's consolation tournament, which is a nine-game match, starting at 9:30 a.m.
