This weekend's Jefferson County 4-H Horse Fair has been canceled, due to several youths leaving the progam.

The Jefferson County 4-H Horse Fair, that was set for Friday and Saturday, July 7 and 8, has been canceled.

The two-day event, which alls spectators to watch as 4-H riders show their skills, was canceled due to youths leaving the program at the last minute, according to Jon Gandy, 4-H coordinator for Jefferson County.

Youths who were scheduled to participate in the event will now participate in the Crook County Horse Fair, from July 20-22, at the Crook County Fairgrounds.
