Veterans enter free at Museum at Warm Springs
The Museum at Warm Springs has launched a Blue Star Museum Program, which offers free admission to active duty military personnel and their families from Memorial Day through Labor Day.
The Blue Star program provides families an opportunity to enjoy the nation's cultural museums.
The Museum at Warm Springs is one of more than 2,000 museums across American offering the free admission in collaboration with the National Endowment for the Arts, Blue Star Families, and the Department of Defense.
For free admission, show your military ID, or dependent ID card. That includes Coast Guard, National Guard and reserve, U.S. Public Health Service Commissioned Corps, National Oceanic and Aeronautic Commissioned Corps, and up to five family members.
"We are happy to be part of the Blue Star Museum Program. It's a meaningful way to express our thanks to our service members and their families," said Debbie Stacona, the development officer at the Museum at Warm Springs.
