Clary was the assistant manager at Food4Less prior to accepting the Madras job and purchasing a house here. His family includes his mother and sister, who also live in Central Oregon.
At the store, he said a new deli program is being developed.
He said his business visions for the store include "Continuing to serve the community in a locally owned and operated store with integrity, and continuing to supply the community with a great place to work."
Commenting on what attracts him to the grocery business, Clary said, "I like the interacting with the public, helping people out and making them smile. I like training employees and other store directors and watching them succeed.
