This year, the COAR board will focus on protecting private property rights and upholding standards.

Additional members of the executive committee include: Anthony Levison, of Windermere Central Oregon, as president elect, Jack Zika, of Bend Premier Real Estate, as first vice president, Carolyn Bostwick, of eXp Realty, as past president, and Debra Gisriel, of eXp Realty, as treasurer.

The executive committee represents a broad range of COAR's geographic area as well as the demographics of realtors.

In 2018, the COAR board will focus on providing professional development to the membership, playing an active role in protecting private property rights, upholding the professional standards of the National Association of Realtors' Code of Ethics, and providing the most accurate market data to the community.
