For anyone looking to try out one of the fastest growing sports on the West Coast, a trip out to Warm Springs on Saturday would be a good idea.

There will be a free lacrosse clinic from 11 a.m.-3:30 p.m. at the Warm Springs Community Center. All gear, and lunch, will be provided for boys and girls of all ages that participate.

Before the clinic, there will be a High Desert League high school lacrosse match between the Nadzitsaga Lacrosse Club from Harney County and Sisters High School.

Sisters is currently third in the division with a 3-1 record and 42 points. Nadzitsaga is in sixth with a 2-2 mark and 34 points.

Both teams are part of the Oregon High School Lacrosse Association.

For more information on the clinic, contact Dave Towers at Madras High School at 541-475-7265.
