Kids Club golf tourney on tap

Gary Gruner Chevy the title sponsor

Get your foursome ready.

The first Clubs for Kids Golf Tournament, presented by Gary Gruner Chevrolet, will hit Desert Peaks Golf Course on Saturday, June 22.

The tournament – a fundraiser for the local Kids Club – features a four-person, best ball scramble. The tourney also includes long drive and closest-to-the-pin contests, plus a shot at winning a new car with a hole-in-one.

Entry is $100 per player, which includes a gift bag, a chance at great prizes, and a lunch catered by Black Bear Diner. Hole sponsorships are available for $200. For $500, businesses can sponsor a hole and get four players in the tournament.

Some amazing golf packages have been secured for the top team, along with other prizes.

Space is limited, so register your team early.

To register, or to sponsor a hole, call tournament director Kelly Simmelink at 541-475-8700 or Kids Club Executive Director Joe McHaney at 541-475-7028.

All proceeds go to the Kids Club.
