Area law enforcement officers are looking for the following people with outstanding warrants.

Anyone with information on these individuals may call the Yamhill County Sheriff’s Office or its detectives, or the Newberg-Dundee Police De­part­ment.

March 26

Paul Andrew Flagg, 50, is wanted on a probation violation for possession of meth.

Timothy Paul Fleming, 38, is wanted for failure to appear (FTA) for driving under the influence of intoxicants (DUII) and reckless driving.

Jose Luis Flores, 46, is wanted on an FTA for DUII and recklessly endangering another.

Juan Cas­tellano Flores, 35, is wanted for violating post-prison supervision on a conviction for failure to perform the duties of a driver.

Roel Flores, 35, is wanted on an FTA for second-degree assault.

Pascual Hernandez Flores, 42, is wanted on an FTA for DUII and reckless driving.

Nicholas Juarez Flores, 33, is wanted for violating a release agreement on a conviction for distribution of a controlled substance to a minor and third-degree rape.

Roy Flores, 35, is wanted on a probation violation for third-degree rape.

Newberg emergency personnel responded to first-aid calls on Hayes Street, Fulton Street and Foothills Drive.

NFD personnel responded to motor vehicle collisions (MVC) at Fox Farm and Hidden Springs roads in Dundee, in the 29000 block of Wilsonville Road, at Portland Road and Brutscher Street and at Highway 99W and Ful­quartz Landing Road in Dundee; a request for public assistance (lock out) at 3830 Hayes St. and checked a burn pile at 504 N. Main St.

March 15

Newberg emergency personnel responded to first-aid calls on Foothills Drive, Hancock Street, Second Street, Water­front Street and Second Street.

NFD personnel responded to a chimney fire at 1015 E. Third St.

March 16

Newberg emergency personnel responded to first-aid calls on Hayes Street, Haworth Ave­nue, Sitka Avenue, Han­cock Street and Hazelnut Drive.

NFD personnel responded to general alarms at 1412 E. First St. and 3802 E. Hayes St.

March 17

Newberg emergency personnel responded to first-aid calls on Hayes Street, River Street, North Valley Road, 11th Street and Second Street.

NFD personnel responded to an MVC at Brutscher and Portland roads.

March 18

Newberg emergency personnel responded to first-aid calls on Hazelnut Drive and Fulton Street.

NFD personnel responded to a water leak at 704 N. Elliott Road, a spill at Sherman and Main streets, a general alarm at 1114 E. Hancock St. and MVCs in the 20000 block of Highway 99W in Dundee, the 17000 block of Highway 219 and at 10th Street and Highway 99W in Dundee.

March 19

Newberg emergency personnel responded to first-aid calls on Douglas Avenue, Seventh Street, Pecan Court, Aldersgate Lane and Roedel Road.

NFD personnel checked a burn pile at 1215 E. Ninth St.

March 20

Newberg emergency personnel responded to first-aid calls on Jeffery Court, Haworth Avenue, Calkins Lane, Sitka Avenue and Esther Street.

Lynette Linda Jewell, 51, was arrested on a probation violation detainer and cited to appear in Yamhill County Circuit Court for unlawful possession of oxycodone and methamphetamine. She was transported to the county jail.

Officers did a welfare check on an adult and child in the 1000 block of Providence Drive.

Feb. 22

Crescent Lael Larson, 43, was arrested for DUII and recklessly endangering another and was cited for refusal to take a breath test. She was booked, cited and released.

Officers are investigating a car prowl/theft which occurred in the 1800 block of Haworth Avenue.

Katrin Loretta Shockley, 47, was taken into custody on an outstanding warrant. She was transported to the county jail.

Cameron Eugene Donegan, 23, was cited for possession of less than one ounce of marijuana after being contacted in the 2400 block of Portland Road.

Mark Alan Feierfeil, 28, was arrested for DUII. He was booked, cited and released.

Larry Ray Nagel, 54, was cited for fourth-degree assault after an incident in the 400 block of East Fourth Street.

Officers investigated a trespass in progress at a house in the 100 block of Southwest Third Street in Dundee.

Officers investigated a theft of beer which occurred in the 100 block of Highway 99W in Dundee.

Officers investigated a car prowl/theft which occurred in the 2800 block of Highway 99W in Newberg.

Feb. 24

Cynthia Emilia Sweet, 51, was arrested for second-degree theft after an incident in the 3300 block of Portland Road. She was cited and released.

Officers responded to a report that two children, ages 1 and 3, were found wandering in the area of Sitka Street and Haworth Avenue. Officers found the person responsible for watching the children and information about the case was forwarded to Department of Human Services and Children and Families personnel.

Officers investigated a criminal mischief call in the 1000 block of Wilsonville Road. A window was broken with a BB gun.

Feb. 25

Officers took a report of offensive littering that occurred in the 200 block of East First Street.

David Alan Schroetke, 37, was arrested on outstanding warrants. He was transported to the county jail.

Officers investigated a reported hit and run that occurred somewhere in the Newberg area.

Franklin Edward Barnes, 48, was taken into custody on a probation violation detainer from Newberg Municipal Court. He was transported to the county jail.

Officers investigated a car prowl/theft in the 900 block of Highway 99W in Dundee.

Feb. 26

Anthony Rick Banta, 22, was arrested on a probation violation detainer. He was transported to the county jail.

Officers investigated a reported sex crime in the 600 block of South Blaine Street. The report was determined to be unfounded.

Feb. 27

Officers are investigating a criminal mischief/graffiti complaint that occurred at Main Street near Columbia Drive.

Chad Raymond Greene, 19, was arrested for DUII, resisting arrest and unlawful possession of heroin after being stopped near Springbrook Road and East Second Street. He was transported to the county jail.

Lester Allen Ball, 40, was cited for urinating in public after an incident in the 100 block of South Main Street.

A juvenile was cited for possession of less than one ounce of marijuana in the 2400 block of Douglas Avenue.

Feb. 28

Officers responded to a non-injury crash near Highway 240 and Chehalem Drive. A citation was issued to the at-fault driver.

Andrew Grant Errand, 21, was arrested for menacing, recklessly endangering another, unlawful use of a weapon and disorderly conduct after an incident in the 100 block of South Main Street. He was transported to the county jail.

Officers responded to a criminal mischief call in the 1000 block of Providence Drive. The victim did not want the suspect charged.

Officers investigated a non-injury crash in the 600 block of East First Street. The at-fault driver was cited.

Officers investigated a non-injury crash near Second and College streets. Information was exchanged between the drivers.

A juvenile was cited for minor in possession of alcohol and possession of less than one ounce of marijuana after being contacted near Tenth and River streets.

Matthew Malachi Webber was arrested on a probation violation detainer. He was transported to the county jail.

A juvenile was cited and released for fourth-degree after an incident in the 100 block of South River Street.

March 1

Officers took a runaway report on a 15-year-old female. She was located later in the day and returned home.

Juan Sanchez-Ordonez, 37, was arrested for first-degree criminal mistreatment after an incident in the 400 block of East Ninth Street. He was transported to the county jail.

Officers investigated a car prowl/theft which occurred near School and Hancock streets.

Officers are investigating a theft of snakes from the 500 block of East First Street.

Rebecca Lee Cross was cited on an outstanding Newberg Municipal Court warrant. She was released at the scene.

March 2

Officers investigated a car prowl/theft in the 900 block of Highway 99W in Dundee.

One juvenile was cited for MIP and one was cited for furnishing alcohol to a minor after an incident at Tom Gail Park.

Officers investigated a non-injury crash near Haworth Street and Elliott Road. Information was exchanged between the drivers.

Officers investigated a report of criminal mischief (tagging), in the 2200 block of North Center Street.

March 3

Timothy Gabriel Cavanaugh, 26, was arrested for DUII. He was booked, cited and released.

Jonathan David Grooman, 21, was arrested for DUII and recklessly endangering another. He was cited and released.

Susan Rene Darm, 57, was arrested for unlawful possession of methamphetamine. She was transported to the county jail.

Officers investigated a car prowl/theft in the 2200 block of East Hancock Street.

March 4

Officers investigated a theft of a cell phone in the 500 block of East Second Street.

Clayton Francis Knechtges, 24, was arrested for DUII. He was booked, cited and released.

Sean Case McGinley, 33, was arrested on a probation violation detainer. He was transported to the county jail.

March 5

Eric James Mailloux, 28, was arrested on a warrant. He was transported to the county jail.

March 6

Officers responded to an injury crash in the 1500 block of Portland Road. Information was exchanged between drivers.

Officers are investigating 10 separate incidents of criminal mischief (graffiti, which occurred between 8th and 10th streets and Chehalem and Pacific streets.

Joana Sue Comfort, 30, was cited to appear in Newberg Municipal Court for second-degree disorderly conduct after an incident near First and College streets.

Officers responded to an unwanted person/trespass call in the 2200 block of East Second Street.

March 7

Jesse Stanton Lamm, 28, was cited to appear for theft of lost/mislaid property, second-degree theft and fraudulent use of a credit card after a series of events which began Feb. 9.

Officers took a report of a runaway juvenile in the 200 block of Edwards Drive in Dundee. The juvenile was returned home later in the evening.

Antonio Zacharia Sanchez, 31, was cited for drinking in public after being contacted by officers numerous times in the 1000 block of North Springbrook Road.

March 8

Officers investigated a hit and run to a parked vehicle in the 900 block of South College Street.

Officers investigated the theft of bikinis from a mailbox in the 700 block of Little Oak Street.

Officers investigated a report of criminal mischief to a house in the 200 block of East Fourth Street.

March 9

Brandon John Maxwell, 32, was arrested for DUII. He was booked, cited and released.

Crystal Neil Glenn, 28, was arrested on a probation violation detainer. She was transported to the county jail.

Officers responded to a child custody issue in the 900 block of Charles Street. After an investigation the child was placed with a parent pursuant to a judge’s order.

March 10

Terry Lee Holdahl, 56, was arrested for fourth-degree domestic assault after an incident in the 700 block of Wynooski Street. He was transported to the county jail.

Officers investigated a hit and run to a parked vehicle in the 3300 block of Portland Road.

Officers investigated a report of criminal mischief to a window in the 3700 block of Dahlia Street.

Officers assisted with information exchange on a non-injury crash that occurred at Portland Road and Brutscher Street.

Cory Jay Bloom, 24, was arrested on a probation violation detainer. He was transported to the county jail.

March 11

Officers investigated the theft of a backpack in the 1200 block of North College Street.

Officers investigated an attempted burglary on Jeffrey Court.

Officers responded to a harassment call in the 500 block of South Willamette Street. It was determined to be not criminal.

A juvenile female was cited and released for reckless endangering after an incident on Edwards Drive in Dundee.

Officers responded to the 1800 block of Haworth Avenue on a report of a theft of vehicle emblems.

Matthew Neil Bakanoff, 39, was arrested on a probation violation detainer in the 1100 block of South River Street. He was transported to the county jail.

A male juvenile was arrested on a probation violation detainer in the 1100 block of South River Street. He was lodged at the Yamhill County Juvenile Detention Center.

Dylan Wayne Windsor, 24, was arrested on a probation violation detainer. He was released after paying fines.

March 14

Officers investigated an incident of road rage on Highway 219. Officers were unable to contact the suspect driver.

March 4

Officers investigated an injury hit and run which occurred at ThiRoad and EdwaRoads streets.

Officers investigated the theft of a computer in the 3300 block of Portland Road.

March 5

Scott EdwaRoad Stock, 46, was cited to appear in Newberg Municipal Court and released on two counts of interception of communications after an incident in the 1000 block of Providence Drive.

Officers investigated a trespassing complaint in the 1000 block of Wynooski Street.

March 8

Officers recovered a bag of marijuana found in the 600 block of South Willamette Street.

March 10

A runaway juvenile was taken into protective custody in the 300 block of South Meridian Street. The juvenile was returned to parents.

March 11

Officers are investigating incidents of criminal mischief, criminal trespass and arson in the 1200 block of North Meridian Street.

A male juvenile was taken into custody for unlawfully possessing heroin and methamphetamine and cited for possession of less than one ounce of marijuana. He was transported to the Yamhill County Juvenile Detention Center.

March 12

Officers investigated a reported hit and run in the area of Highway 99W and Foxfarm Road.

Officers took runaway reports on two juvenile females in the 600 block of Brandon Drive. The juveniles returned home a short time later.

Officers investigated a bicycle theft in the 500 block of North Meridian Street.

Leo Jay Wright, 48, was cited to appear in Newberg Municipal Court for failure to perform the duties of a driver.

Officers investigated the theft of a cell phone at Scott Leavitt Park.

March 13

Officers investigated a non-injury crash in the 1000 block of Providence Drive. The at-fault driver was cited.

Angelica Maria Acevedo, 26, was arrested on a probation violation detainer. She was transported to the county jail.

Officers investigated a reported theft of beer and sunglasses in the 100 block of North Highway 99W in Dundee.

Officers investigated an illegal dumping complaint. The incident was settled civilly.

Dakota Stephen Bobzien, 19, was cited and released on a Newberg Municipal Court warrant.

March 14

Israel Fransua Moncada-Ochoa was arrested on a probation violation detainer. He was transported to the county jail.

A juvenile female was arrested on a probation violation detainer after an incident in the 1400 block of Deborah Road. She was transported to the Yamhill County Juvenile Detention Center.

Christopher M. Lauterbach, 33, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. He was transported to the county jail.

Officers assisted DHS with a welfare check in the 2000 block of Hawthorne Loop.

March 15

Officers took a report of a stolen bicycle from the 1500 block of Portland Road.

A juvenile male was taken into custody for fourth-degree assault and strangulation. He was transported to the Yamhill County Juvenile Detention Center.

March 16

Frances Irene King, 21, was cited to appear in Newberg Municipal Court on an outstanding warrant.

March 17

Officers investigated a report of criminal mischief to a vehicle. The incident occurred in the 300 block of North River Street.

Marcy Deanne Savage, 41, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. She was transported to the county jail.

A juvenile female was reported as a runaway. She was later recovered and returned to her parents.

Officers investigated a reported violation of restraining order in the 500 block of East Ninth Street. It was determined no violation occurred.

A juvenile female was taken into custody on a probation violation detainer. She was transported to the Yamhill County Juvenile Detention Center.

March 18

A juvenile male from the 200 block of East Third Street was listed as a runaway. Officers found him and returned him home.

Antonio Zacharia Sanchez, 31, was cited to appear in Newberg Municipal Court for third-degree theft after an incident in the 1800 block of Portland Road.

Ayla Susan Bucknell, 19, was found in contempt in the Newberg Municipal Court. She was transported to the county jail.

Anthony Joseph Turley was found in contempt in the Newberg Municipal Court. He was transported to the county jail.

March 19

Officers took a report of a stolen bicycle in the 200 block of Old Highway 99W.

March 20

Heather Renee Adamski, 30, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. She was transported to the county jail.

A male juvenile was taken into custody on an outstanding warrant. He was transported to the Yamhill County Juvenile Detention Center.
