Yamhill County Jail reports

The Yamhill County jail in McMinnville periodically releases reports for people arrested during the weeks prior to publication of The Newberg Graphic. Below are arrestees associated with Newberg and Dundee.

May 20

Tyler Nicholas Hines, 23, of Newberg, was arrested for unlawful possession of heroin. Bail was set at $10,000.

Carl Lee Wallace, 47, of Newberg, was arrested on a probation sanction. No bail was set.

Timothy Allen Whitlow, 41, of Newberg, was arrested on holds issued by Clackamas and Marion counties. Bail was set at $85,000.

May 21

Beu Ryan Coker, 19, of Newberg, was arrested for violating post-prison supervision. No bail was set.

Katherine Marie Madsen, 28, of Newberg, was arrested on a probation violation, a bench warrant for failure to appear, failure to appear on a criminal citation and a hold from Washington County. Bail was set at $45,000.

Brian Allen Suverly, 42, of Dundee, was arrested on a probation sanction and for unlawful possession of methamphetamine. Bail was set at $7,500.

Newberg emergency personnel responded to first-aid medical calls on Aquarius Boulevard, Fulton Street, Madison Drive, Second Street, Hayes Street, Oxford Street and Alder Street.

May 13

Newberg emergency personnel responded to first-aid medical calls on Hayes Street, Foothills Drive and Edgewood Court.

NFD personnel responded to a boat fire at Roger’s Landing.

May 14

Newberg emergency personnel responded to first-aid medical calls on First Street, Third Street, Pinehurst Drive, Hayes Street, Sherman Street and at the intersection of Niederberger and Warren roads near Dundee.

NFD personnel responded to motor vehicle collisions (MVCs) at Highway 99W and Old Parrett Mountain Road and Portland and Villa roads, a bark dust fire at Portland and Springbrook roads, checked for smoke at Highway 99W and Quarry Road, and a general alarm at 415 E. Sheridan St.

May 15

Newberg emergency personnel responded to first-aid medical calls on Hayes Street, Fulton Street, Illinois Street, Ninth Street, Main Street and Blaine Street.

NFD personnel responded to MVCs in the 21000 block of Kings Grade Road and the 1800 block of Portland Road, a general alarm at 1114 E. Hancock St., downed wires at Sherman Street and Villa Road, and checked for smoke at 300 W. Sheridan St.

May 16

Newberg emergency personnel responded to first-aid medical calls on Libra Street, Fifth and Blaine streets, and Garfield Street.

NFD personnel responded to MVCs at Portland Elliott roads, Wilsonville Road and Oak Meade Lane and in the 16000 block of Highway 219, as well as a general alarm at 317 Werth Boulevard.

May 17

Newberg emergency personnel responded to first-aid medical calls on Chehalem Drive and Bald Peak Road, Nelson Road, Hayes Street, Fulton Street, Third Street and Main Street.

NFD personnel checked a burn pile at 30350 N. Highway 99W and responded to a general alarm at 3335 McKern Place.

May 18

Newberg emergency personnel responded to first-aid medical calls on First Street, Haworth Avenue and Edgewood Court.

NFD personnel responded to a downed tree at 415 S. River St. and a MVC at Wilsonville Road and Star Mooring Lane.

May 19

Newberg emergency personnel responded to first-aid medical calls on Second Street, Dopp Road, First Street, Foothills Drive and Hayes Street.

NFD personnel responded to a vehicle fire at 1301 E. Fulton St.

May 20

Newberg emergency personnel responded to first-aid medical calls on First Street, Hayes Street, Fourth Street, Elliott Road, Portland Road, Pecan Court, College Street, Edgewood Court, Second Street and Franklin Street.

NFD personnel responded to a MVC in the 2800 block of Portland Road, and a general alarm at 403 W. Foothills Drive.

May 21

Newberg emergency personnel responded to first-aid medical calls on Foothills Drive, Crestview Drive, Hayes Street, Elliott Road, Holiday Lane and Fulton Street.

NFD personnel responded to a general alarm at 1301 E. Fulton Street, a bark dust fire at 810 E. Ninth St., a structure fire at 6789 N.E. Earlwood Road and checked a burn pile at 704 S. Columbia St.

May 22

Newberg emergency personnel responded to first-aid medical calls on Pecan Court and Werth Boulevard.

NFD personnel responded to a bark dust fire at First Street and Parkview Drive, and a MVC in the 18000 block of Highway 240.

May 5

Joseph Anthony Hagner, 27, was cited to appear in Newberg Municipal Court for driving while suspended.

May 6

Officers investigated an attempted car theft in the 200 block of Southeast Eighth Street in Dundee.

Officers investigated a theft of a vehicle from the 3400 block of Portland Road.

Officers took a report of a theft of a bicycle from the 800 block of East Eighth Street.

Edwin Levi Heaps, 60, was arrested on outstanding warrants. He was transported to the county jail.

Andrew Jackson Burge, 42, was arrested on a probation violation detainer after an incident in the 2200 block of East Second Street.

Officers investigated a reported sex abuse which occurred in the 100 block of South River Street.

May 7

Officers took a report of a violation of restraining order in the 1200 block of South College Street.

John Michael Williams, 43, was arrested on a probation violation detainer. He was transported to the county jail.

A juvenile male runaway was recovered and returned home in the 200 block of East Third Street.

Jeffrey Richard Snyder, 37, was cited to appear in Newberg Municipal Court for theft of services.

Eric Reyes-Castillo, 28, was cited to appear in Newberg Municipal Court for theft of services.

Officers investigated a reported theft which occurred in the 3300 block of Portland Road.

Officers investigated an assault that occurred in the area of Jaquith Park.

Randy Jay Engle, 54, was arrested for violation of restraining order. He was transported to the county jail.

May 8

Officers investigated a violation of restraining order in the 600 block of North College Street.

Taylor Austin Nelson, 22, was arrested on a probation violation detainer as well as failure to register as a sex offender. He was transported to county jail.

Officers investigated an aggravated theft which occurred in the 400 block of West Edgewood Drive.

May 9

Officers investigated the theft of a package in the 900 block of East Ninth Street.

Officers investigated a hit and run in the 100 block of North Everest Road.

Officers investigated a fraud which occurred in the 100 block of Crestview Drive.

Daniel Alwin Ricca, 40, was arrested on outstanding warrants. He was transported to the county jail.

Officers investigated a hit and run in the 100 block of Highway 99W in Dundee.

Officers investigated a hit and run in the 3300 block of Portland Road.

Bert Steven Hernandez, 39, was arrested on a probation violation detainer. He was transported to the county jail.

Christopher Lee D’Angelo, 36, was arrested on a probation violation detainer. He was transported to the county jail.

May 10

Timothy Wayne Ward, 47, was cited to appear in Newberg Municipal Court on an outstanding warrant.

Josue Iban Arredondo, 22, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. He was transported to the county jail.

Officers investigated a domestic disturbance in the 300 block of East Ninth Street. It was determined not to have been criminal.

May 11

A 16-year-old female was taken into custody on a probation violation detainer. She was transported to the Yamhill County Juvenile Detention Center.

Robert Aaron Morris, 22, was arrested on a probation violation detainer. He was transported to the county jail.

Nelson Felix Lara, 23, was arrested on a probation violation detainer. He was transported to the county jail.

May 12

Elisha Benjamin Groves, 19, was cited to appear in Newberg Municipal Court for possession of less than one ounce of marijuana.

Mary April Weber, 39, was cited to appear in Newberg Municipal Court for third-degree theft after an incident in the 2300 block of Portland Road.

Michael Loren Hulse, 45, was arrested on a probation violation detainer and also charged with misdemeanor possession of over one ounce of marijuana. He was transported to the county jail.

May 12

Elizabeth Jeanne Griffin, 19, was cited to appear in Newberg Municipal Court for first-degree criminal trespass and possession of less than one ounce of marijuana after an incident in the 300 block of East Ninth Street.

James McKinnley Griffin, 23, was arrested for first-degree criminal trespass and an outstanding warrant. He was transported to the county jail.

Officers investigated the theft of playground equipment in the 300 block of South River Street.

May 13

Christopher Brent Combs, 39, was arrested on a probation violation detainer. He was transported to the county jail.

Cory Lee Lang, 25, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. He was transported to the county jail.

Tyrell Henry Edens, 19, was arrested on a probation violation detainer. He was transported to the county jail.

Brenda Ann Jones, 58, was cited to appear in Newberg Municipal Court for second-degree theft and first-degree criminal trespass after an incident in the 3300 block of Portland Road.

One 14-year-old and one 16-year-old boy were issued citations into Yamhill County Juvenile Court for disorderly conduct after an incident in the 600 block of East Sixth Street.

May 14

Leonard Michael-Ray Wilson, 39, was arrested for fourth-degree assaul after an incident in the 200 block of East Sherman Street. He was transported to the county jail.

Carry Grant Marshall, 33, was arrested on a probation violation detainer. He was transported to the county jail.

May 15

Officers investigated a theft/fraud which occurred in the 1800 block of Portland Road.

A 15-year-old male was arrested for fourth-degree assault after an incident in the 600 block of Sitka Avenue. He was transported to the Yamhill County Juvenile Detention Center.

Officers investigated a hit and run near Portland and Elliott roads.

A 16-year-old male was arrested on a probation violation detainer. He was transported to the county juvenile detention center.

Officers investigated the reported theft of a purse, which occurred in the 2900 block of East Second Street.

May 16

Christopher Lee D’Angelo, 36, was arrested on a probation violation detainer. He was transported to the county jail.

Officers investigated a hit and run and criminal mischief complaint in the 700 block of Little Oak Street.

May 17

Pedro Radilla Jr., 20, and Brandon James-Antonio Lopez, 18, were arrested for second-degree robbery and third-degree assault after an incident in the 900 block of South Blaine Street. The pair were transported to the county jail.

May18

Kristen Nicole Pomeroy, 19, was cited to appear in Newberg Municipal Court for minor in possession of alcohol after an incident on North Main Street near Nicholas Way.

Shawn Cortney Bradley, 33, was cited to appear in Newberg Municipal Court for driving while suspended.

David Matthew Otte was arrested for first-degree theft and second-degree criminal mischief. He remained in the county jail.

May 19

Adam Wade Snedden, 35, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. He was transported to the county jail.

A 15-year-old male was cited to appear in Yamhill County Juvenile Court for unlawful possession of marijuana.
