Outstanding warrants

Area law enforcement officers are looking for the following people with outstanding warrants.

Anyone with information on these individuals may call the Yamhill County Sheriff's Office or its detectives, or the Newberg-Dundee Police Department.

July 26

Gamaliel Vicente-Morelos, 37, is wanted for failure to appear (FTA) for driving under the influence of intoxicants (DUII).

George Matthew Vida, 46, is wanted on an FTA.

Isidro Mendoza Virrueta, 34, is wanted on a probation violation for first-degree theft.

Scott Thomas Vogt, 55, is wanted on an FTA for DUII, recklessly endangering another and reckless driving.

Jacob Levi Rossi Vose, 38, is wanted on a probation violation for harassment.

Jesse Ryan Waits, 35, is wanted on a probation violation for PCS (possession of a controlled substance).

Nathan Henry Warner, 33, is wanted on an FTA for disorderly conduct.

Matthew Johnson Warneke, 24, is wanted on a probation violation for fourth-degree assault and reckless endangering.

Jacob Patrick Watson, 37, is wanted on a probation violation for first-degree theft, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and DUII.

Jessica Jean Whiffen, 24, is wanted on a probation violation for endangering the welfare of a minor.

Edith Anne White, 51, is wanted on an FTA for second-degree theft.

Douglas L. Whitmore, 31, is wanted on a probation violation for PCS.

Dustin Leeland Willan, 27, is wanted on a probation violation for fourth-degree assault.

Nicolette Dawn Willey, 24, is wanted on probation violation for DUII.

Royce Albert Williams, 51, is wanted for violating post-prison supervision on a conviction for failure to register as a sex offender.

Camie Sue Wilson, 36,is wanted on an FTA for PCS.

Diane Cathleen Wilson, 33, is wanted on a probation violation for unauthorized use of a vehicle.

Michael Scott Wilson, 48, is wanted for violating post-prison supervision on a conviction for PCS.

Paul Brian Wilson, 43, is wanted on an FTA for contempt.

Stacy Lorraine Wilson, 34, is wanted on an FTA for distribution and PCS and second-degree theft.

Sheldon Brett Windley, 48, is wanted on an FTA for fourth-degree assault and harassment.

Teresa Lin Difaco, 49, is wanted on an FTA for DUII.

Victoria Beth Forlines, 38, is wanted on an FTA for second-degree criminal trespass.

Ramsey Moses Rodriguez, 32, of Newberg, was arrested on a hold from Washington County. No bail was set.

Chard Thomas Bennett, 36, of Newberg, was arrested for DUII. No bail was set.

Jonathan Daniel Polkey, 37, of Newberg, was arrested on a hold from Clackamas County. Bail was set at $200,000.

July 20

Michael Glenn Barrera, 56, of Newberg, was arrested on a probation sanction. No bail was set.

Edgar Ramos Alvarez, 23, of Newberg, was arrested on a probation sanction. No bail was set.

Kindra Rene Goen, 28, of Newberg, was arrested on a parole violation. No bail was set.

Josue Iban Arredondo, 25, of Newberg, was arrested on a probation sanction. No bail was set.

July 22

Sergion Flores Rosario, 39, of Newberg, was arrested for DUII. He was sentenced charged.

Sebastian Nicholas Snow, 25, of Newberg, was arrested on a probation sanction. No bail was set.

Nancy Shade Hudson, 31, of Dundee, was arrested on a probation sanction. No bail was set.

Kimberly Kay Hughes, 47, of Newberg, was arrested for DUII. No bail was set.

Matthew Michael Hunt, 33, of Newberg, was arrested for second-degree disorderly conduct and unlawful possession of meth. Bail was set at $10,000.

July 14

TVF&R personnel responded to first-aid medical calls on Esther Street. Werth Boulevard, College Street, Second Street, Villa Road, Blume Lane, 11th Street, Fulton Street, Foothills Drive, Meridian Street and Edgewood Drive.

July 15

TVF&R personnel responded to first-aid medical calls on Welch Road, College Street, Howard Street, Rainbow Lane, Hayes Street, Portland Road, Highway 99W in Dundee.

TVF&R personnel responded to a brush fire at College Street and Bell Road, downed wires as 200 W. Ninth St. and a motor vehicle collision (MVC) at First Street and Everest Road.

July 16

TVF&R personnel responded to first-aid medical calls on Allison Lane, Second Street, Hayes Street and Williamson Road.

TVF&R personnel responded to a commercial fire alarm at 2525 Allison Lane, a miscellaneous fire at 110 Sitka Ave. and a brush fire at Highway 240 and Kuehne Road.

July 17

TVF&R personnel responded to first-aid medical calls on Fulton Street, Sandoz Road, Portland Road and Brutscher Street, Werth Boulevard, Hayes Street and Foothills Drive.

TVF&R personnel responded to MVCs at Highway 99W and Benjamin Road and on Highway 99W in Dundee, a commercial fire alarm at 1307 N. College St., and a residential fire at 34925 N.E. Kramien Road.

July 18

TVF&R personnel responded to first-aid medical calls on Wareham Lane, Fulton Street, Dayton Avenue, Clubhouse Lane, College Street and Columbia Drive and Ninth Street.

TVF&R personnel responded to a miscellaneous fire at 1140 N. Springbrook Road, a brush fire at 16550 N.E. Chehalem Drive.

July 19

TVF&R personnel responded to first-aid medical calls on Hancock Street, Hayes Street, Brandon Drive, Fulton Street, Werth Boulevard, Chehalem Drive, Carmel Circle in Dundee, Parrett Mountain Road and Dog Ridge Road.

Officers investigated a reported forgery that occurred in the 800 block of East Ninth Street.

June 30

Officers responded to a non-injury crash near Portland Road at Sitka Avenue. Information was exchanged between drivers.

July 4

Lillian Junes Worthey, 19, was cited for harassment after an incident in the 500 block of Sitka Avenue.

Steven Michael Hutchinson, 41, was cited for reckless driving after an incident in the 3200 block of Zimri Drive.

July 5

Officers took a report of hit and run to a vehicle in the 3300 block of Portland Road.

Officers investigated a domestic disturbance in the 500 block of East Ninth Street. It was determined not to have been criminal.

Jacob Adam Becker, 25, was cited for third-degree theft after an incident in the 100 block of East First Street.

July 6

Tod A. Looney, 55, was cited for third-degree theft after an incident in the 3300 block of Portland Road.

Officers responded to a non-injury crash on Highway 219 at East Second Street. Information was exchanged between drivers.

July 7

Jose Garcia-Soto, 36, was cited for harassment after an incident that occurred in the 800 block of East Ninth Street.

July 8

Daniel Ferrera Santos, 36, was arrested for DUII. He was booked, cited and released.

Officers took a report of identity theft that occurred in the 800 block of Hulet Lane.

July 9

A 60-year-old woman was taken into custody on a peace officer custody and delivered to the hospital for a mental health evaluation.

Officers took a report of theft that occurred in the 100 block of East First Street.

July 10

Officers took a report of fraudulent use of a credit card that occurred in the 200 block of East First Street.

Officers took a report of a car prowl/theft that occurred in the 1000 block of Springbrook Road.

A 59-year-old man was cited for drinking in public in the 400 block of Howard Street.

July 11

Officers took a report of a 15-year-old girl as a runaway from the 100 block of West Fourth Street. The girl returned home later.

Agustine Guerrero Pizano, 83, was cited for failure to register as a sex offender.

July 12

A 14-year-old boy was taken into custody for violation of conditions of release. He was transported to the juvenile detention center.

Officers took a report of negotiating a bad check in the 100 block of East First Street.

July 13

Officers took a report of sex abuse in the Newberg area. The investigation is continuing.

Dylan Ryan Brown, 18, was arrested for violation of conditions of release and third-degree theft. He was transported to the county jail.

July 14

Terri Lynn Green-Lopez, 54, was cited for second-degree disorderly conduct and theft and arrested on a probation violation detainer after incidents near Portland and Everest roads. She was transported to the county jail.

Jeffrey Wayne Slate, 59, was cited for failure to register as a sex offender.

Robert Allen Smith, 24, was arrested for violating probation. He was transported to the county jail.

July 15

Louis Burnett Williams, 28, was arrested on an outstanding warrant and also charged with providing false information to a police officer. He was transported to the county jail.

July 16

Jacob Baxter Criswell, 23, was arrested for DUII, harassment and recklessly endangering another. He was booked, cited and released.

July 17

Ramsey Moses Rodriguez, 32, was cited for unlawful possession of meth.

Jonathan Daniel Polkey, 37, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. He was transported to the county jail.
