Outstanding warrants

Area law enforcement officers are looking for the following people with outstanding warrants.

Anyone with information on these individuals may call the Yamhill County Sheriff's Office or its detectives, or the Newberg-Dundee Police Department.

Oct. 4

Robert Garn Dunsdon, 52, is wanted for failure to appear (FTA) for criminal driving while suspended.

Todd Wesley Dupree, 30, is wanted on an FTA for delivery and possession of meth and second-degree criminal trespass.

Jose Fernando Duran, 45, is wanted on a probation violation for manufacture and delivery of a controlled substance.

Janet Ruth Durham, 59, is wanted for violating post-prison supervision.

Eagle Dog Eastman, 38, is wanted on an FTA for second-degree disorderly conduct.

Wyatt Wayne Edelman, 61, is wanted on a probation violation for DUII.

Kyle Brandon Egawa, 36, is wanted on a probation violation for possession of a controlled substance (PCS).

Jennifer Antonina Eichensehr, 47, is wanted on an FTA for driving under the influence of intoxicants (DUII) and reckless driving.

Joseph Edward Eison III, 20, is wanted for violating a release agreement for contempt.

Bernard Elissgray, 54, is wanted on an FTA for failure to report.

Steve Allen Elverud, 55, is wanted for violating post-prison supervision on a conviction for PCS.

Zviad Eremadze, 54, is wanted on a probation violation for first-degree aggravated theft and fraud.

Luke James Erickson, 33, is wanted on an FTA for contempt.

Sean David Erickson, 46, is wanted on a probation violation for harassment.

Jose Ines Ortega Escoria, 46, is wanted on a probation violation for hit and run.

Ismael Lopez Espinoza, 44, is wanted on an FTA for DUII and reckless endangering.

Ernesto Avalos Farias, 32, is wanted for violating post-prison supervision on a conviction for first-degree burglary.

Isaiah Thomas Farnsworth-Bostick, 24, is wanted on a probation violation for possession of heroin.

Paul Dwayne Ferguson, 50, is wanted on an FTA for DUII, reckless endangering, hit and run and third-degree criminal mischief.

Alejandro Gonzales Fernandez, 37, is wanted on a probation violation for first-degree theft.

Carlos Alberto Figueroa, 38, is wanted on a probation violation for failure to appear.

Martin Dellfino Orozco Aguilar, 30, is wanted for unauthorized use of a vehicle, first-degree possession of a forged instrument and second-degree criminal mischief.

Marisol Anamaria Alvarez, 35, is wanted on an FTA for second-degree burglary.

Justin James Anderson, 24, is wanted on an FTA for attempt to elude.

Theodore Dallas Ashford III, 53, is wanted on a probation violation for DUII.

Sept. 22

TVF&R personnel responded to first-aid medical calls on Dudley Road, Charles Street, Main and Sherman streets, Fulton Street and College Street.

TVF&R personnel responded to a motor vehicle collision (MVC) at Portland Road and Hulet Lane.

Sept. 23

TVF&R personnel responded to first-aid medical calls on Hayes Street, Highway 240 and Chehalem Drive, Sandoz Road and Springbrook Road.

TVF&R personnel responded to a residential fire alarm at 20000 N.E. Ribbon Ridge Road.

Sept. 24

TVF&R personnel responded to first-aid medical calls on Crestview Drive, Hayes Street, Portland Road, David Lane, and River and Third streets.

TVF&R personnel responded to a grass fire at 13445 N.E. Worden Hill Road and a burn complaint at 300 S. Everest Road.

Sept. 25

TVF&R personnel responded to first-aid medical calls on Foothills Drive, North Valley Road and Fulton Street.

Sept. 26

TVF&R personnel responded to first-aid medical calls on Springbrook Road and Crestview Drive, Gemini Lane, Aldercrest Drive, Foothills Drive, Hayes Street, Ninth Street, Fulton Street, Alder Street and Green Valley Drive.

TVF&R personnel responded to a MVC at North Valley and Tangen roads, a residential fire at 213 Natalie Drive and a commercial fire alarm at 1306 E. Sherman St.

Sept. 27

TVF&R personnel responded to first-aid medical calls on Fulton Street, Hayes Street, Foothills Drive, Second Street, Madrona Drive and Everest Road.

TVF&R personnel responded to a MVC at Highway 240 and Red Hills Road, commercial fire alarms at 26288 N.E. Bell Road and 1001 Providence Drive, a smoke investigation at Owls Lane and Kincaid Road, and a smoke detector problem at 401 N. Morton St.

Sept. 28

TVF&R personnel responded to first-aid medical calls on Foothills Drive, Hancock Street, Vittoria Way, Fulton Street, Hayes Street, College Street, Highway 240, Sheridan Street and Johnson Drive.

TVF&R personnel responded to commercial fire alarms at 403 W. Foothills Drive and 308 Carlton Way, and a commercial fire at 3777 Portland Road.

Sept. 12

Officers investigated a reported sex crime. The investigation is continuing.

Sept. 13

Officers took a report of criminal mischief to a structure in the 600 block of Highway 99W in Dundee.

Sept. 14

Officers took a report of stolen computer equipment that occurred in the 300 block of North Meridian Street.

Sept. 16

Officers took a report of found property in the 1000 block of Southeast Maple Street in Dundee.

Sept. 19

Santiago Galvan, 26, was cited for third-degree criminal mischief and disorderly conduct after an incident that occurred in the 700 block of North Elliott Road.

Officers took a report of theft that occurred in the 300 block of North Elliott Road.

Torrey Edward Duckett, 41, was cited for failure to register as a sex offender.

Officers responded to a non-injury crash at Portland Road and Brutscher Street. The at-fault driver was cited.

Officers took a report of theft that occurred in the 1500 block of East Second Street.

Sept. 20

Officers took a report of theft of tools that occurred in the 400 block of Southwest Ninth Street in Dundee.

Officers took a report of a car prowl/theft that occurred in the 100 block of West Fifth Street.

Officers took a theft report that occurred in the 100 block of East First Street.

Sept. 21

Lillian Junes Worthey, 19, was cited for failure to appear on a criminal citation.

Jeffrey Karr Hull Jr, 21, was cited for failure to appear on a criminal citation and fail to carry and present driver license.

Officers responded to a non-injury crash in the 100 block of North Edwards Street. The at-fault driver was cited.

Jacqueline Alice Wendling, 50, was cited on an outstanding warrant.

Gabriel Bautista Rivera, 33, was cited for driving while suspended.

Michael Loren Hulse Jr., 48, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. He was transported to the county jail.

Sept. 22

Nathaniel Garrett Jones, 38, was arrested for harassment and second-degree disorderly conduct after an incident in the 1400 block of Deborah Road. He was transported to the county jail.

Officers took a report of theft of a cell phone in the 1200 block of South Blaine Street.

Sept. 23

Kyle David Medick, 24, was arrested for DUII and reckless driving. He was transported to the county jail.

Officers took a report of theft of an excavator that occurred near Villa Road and Crestview Drive.

Sept. 25

Officers took information on reported drug sales in the 2400 block of Douglas Avenue.

Nancy Shade Hudson, 31, was arrested for violation of conditions of release. She was transported to the county jail.

Randall Lewis Thompson, 48, was arrested for violation of conditions of probation. He was transported to the county jail.

Sept. 26

Andrew Jonathan McCombs, 44, was arrested for violation of conditions of probation. He was held for a short time then released by the judge.

Sept. 27

Triston Tyler Bonilla, 18, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. He was transported to the county jail.

Nancy Shade Hudson, 31, of Dundee, was arrested on a probation sanction. No bail was set.

Sept. 27

Frank Dario Maldonado, 48, of Newberg, was arrested on a hold issued by Clackamas County. Bail was set at $30,000.

Jeffrey Michael McElderberry, 24, of Newberg, was arrested for second-degree criminal mischief. He was booked and released.

Triston Tyler Bonila, 18, of Newberg, was arrested on a hold issued by Washington County. Bail was set at $2,500.

Sept. 28

Micah Wicks Gallardo, 41, of Newberg, was arrested for violating a release agreement. Bail was set at $97,500.

Judas Rodrigo Rocha, 19, of Newberg, was arrested for unlawful possession of heroin. Bail was set at $7,500.

Sept. 29

Phillip Gene Barrera, 60, of Newberg, was arrested on a probation sanction. No bail was set.

Alex Audelo Rosa, 18, of Newberg, was arrested for third-degree theft and first-degree criminal trespass. Bail was set at $3,500.

Jennifer Louise Lucas, 46, of Newberg, was arrested on a hold issued by Marion County. Bail was set at $5,000.

Jonathan Andrew Harper, 27, of Newberg, was arrested on a probation sanction. No bail was set.

Rashel Ann Sutliff, 31, of Newberg, was arrested on a probation sanction. No bail was set.
