Outstanding warrants

Area law enforcement officers are looking for the following people with outstanding warrants.

Anyone with information on these individuals may call the Yamhill County Sheriff's Office or its detectives, or the Newberg-Dundee Police Department.

Oct. 25

Kenneth Brick Gilman, 28, is wanted for violating post-prison supervision on a conviction for possession of a controlled substance (PCS).

Kerri Ann Girard, 41, is wanted for driving under the influence of intoxicants (DUII) and driving while suspended.

Dylan Tyler Carpenter Glass, 27, is wanted for failure to appear (FTA) for driving while suspended.

Hugo Rosales Gomez, 22, is wanted on an FTA for DUII.

Antonio Chavarria Gonzales, 68, is wanted on a probation violation for fourth-degree assault.

Jesus Ernesta Garcia Gonzalez, 39, is wanted on an FTA for DUII, reckless endangering and reckless driving.

Kevin Louis Gordon, 26, is wanted on an FTA for DUII.

David Lee Gray, 27, is wanted for violating a release agreement on an arrest for fourth-degree assault.

Kevin Eugene Green, 29, is wanted for violating post-prison supervision on a conviction for second-degree burglary.

Sonia Greene, 39, is wanted for violating a release agreement on an arrest for PCS.

Cinnamon Marie Greenwald, 25, is wanted on an FTA for PCS.

Eric David Grimm, 49, is wanted on an FTA for second-degree theft.

Thomas Henry Groth, 38, is wanted on an FTA for fourth-degree assault and harassment.

Jose Rogelio Diaz Guerreo, 42, is wanted on an FTA for PCS, possession of a forged instrument and second-degree theft.

Alfredo Luna Guevara, 45, is wanted on a probation violation for PCS.

Paolo Guien, 34, is wanted on an FTA for DUII.

Gabriel Campos Guillen, 35, is wanted on a probation violation for contributing to the sexual delinquency of a minor.

Aften Valene Gunn, 36, is wanted for violating post-prison supervision on a conviction for PCS.

Javier Gutierrez, 50, is wanted on an FTA for harassment, and second-degree disorderly conduct.

Brian Edward Stanfield, 31, is wanted on an FTA for use of a child in a sexual display, luring a minor and online sexual corruption.

Samantha Dawn Christian, 28, is wanted on a probation violation for PCS.

Soloman Duncan, 35, is wanted on an FTA for fourth-degree assault and second-degree disorderly conduct.

Diego Enrique Moreno, 27, is wanted on a probation violation for third-degree rape.

Oct. 16

Carson Mitchell Adkins, 22, of Newberg, was arrested on a probation sanction. No bail was set.

Oct. 17

Jason Robert Scroggins, 37, of Newberg, was arrested for fourth-degree assault. Bail was set at $10,000.

Zachary Carl Porter, 35, of Newberg, was arrested on a parole violation. The case is pending.

Jordyn Amanda Smith, 25, of Newberg, was arrested on a hold issued by Polk County. Bail was set at $100,000.

Matthew Michael Hunt, 33, a Newberg transient, was arrested on a probation sanction. No bail was set.

Jonathan Andrew Harper, 27, of Newberg, was arrested on a probation sanction. No bail was set.

Oct. 19

Michael Glenn Barrera, 56, of Newberg, was arrested on a probation sanction. No bail was set.

Christopher Steven Baldoni, 24, of Newberg, was arrested on a probation sanction. No bail was set.

Lillian Junes Worthey, 19, of Newberg, was arrested for third-degree theft. The case remains open.

Teri Lynn Petrjanos, 47, of Newberg, was arrested for first- and second-degree theft, negotiating a bad check, identity theft, first-degree forgery, first-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument and contempt of court. Bail was set at $50,000.

Joshua Thomas Stoulil, 28, of Newberg, was arrested for unlawful delivery of heroin, unlawful possession of meth and failure to appear. Bail was set at $600,000.

Marion Alicia Swart, 43, of Newberg, was arrested for failure to appear on a bench warrant. Bail was set at $15,000.

Oct. 20

Andrew Michael Darrah, 40, of Newberg, was arrested for DUII, second-degree theft and unlawful entry into a motor vehicle. No bail was set.

Crystal Kaylynn Long, 26, of Dundee, was arrested on a warrant for DUII. Bail was set at $10,000.

Oct. 21

Braeden Michael Bass, 21, of Newberg, was arrested on a probation sanction. No bail was set.

Sept. 21

Officers took a report of theft of wire on Sandoz Road near the Newberg-Dundee bypass.

Sept. 25

Officers responded to a report of a domestic disturbance that occurred in the 200 block of Royal Oak Street. It was determined not to have been criminal.

Sept. 27

Officers took a report of assault and criminal mischief that occurred in the 3500 block of Madrona Drive. The investigation is ongoing.

Sept. 28

Lillian Junes Worthey, 19, was cited for second-degree disorderly conduct after an incident in the 2100 block of Portland Road.

Sept. 29

An 18-year-old male was cited for minor in possession of marijuana.

Oct. 2

Officers responded to a disturbance near Villa Road and Carol Ann Drive. It was determined not to have been criminal.

Oct. 4

Officers took a report of criminal mischief that occurred in the 500 block of The Greens Avenue.

Offices took a report of theft that occurred in the 700 block of Deskins Street.

Oct. 6

Michael Loren Hulse Jr., 48, was cited for second-degree criminal trespass after an incident in the 2200 block of Portland Road.

Triston Tyler Bonilla, 18, was cited for driving while suspended.

Officers are investigating a reported violation of no contact order in the 800 block of East Third Street.

Oct. 7

James Christopher Catignani, 33, was cited for second-degree criminal trespass after an incident in the 1000 block of Providence Drive.

Randy James Green, 30, was cited for harassment after an incident in the 700 block of Southeast Edwards Street.

Officers took a report of criminal mischief that occurred in the 500 block of Mission Drive.

Officers responded to a domestic disturbance in the 700 block of Elliott Road. It was determined not to have been criminal.

An adult male was cited for drinking in public after being contacted at Francis Square.

Oct. 11

Officers took a report of a found cell phone in the 2200 block of North Center Street.

Denis W. Hodson, 26, was cited for second-degree criminal trespass after an incident in the 600 block of East First Street.

Officers took a report of hit and run near Ninth and School Street. It was determined not to have been criminal.

Jacqueline Alice Wendling, 50, was cited for second-degree trespass after an incident in the 1200 block of North College Street.

Oct. 12

John R Vangoor, 42, was arrested for DUII and recklessly endangering another person. He was booked, cited and released.

Officers took a report of computer crime and second-degree theft that occurred in the 300 block of Northwest Alpine Street in Dundee.

David Alan Walsh, 52, was arrested for DUII. He was transported to the county jail.

Officers took a report of criminal mischief that occurred in the 200 block of Levi Way.

Nathan Lee Findley, 44, was cited for failure to register as a sex offender.

Katrina Charett Little, 35, was arrested on an outstanding warrant and cited for driving while suspended. She was transported to the county jail.

Officers responded to a domestic disturbance in the 1900 block of Carol Avenue. It was determined not to have been criminal.

Alexander Zavoy Woods, 22, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. He was transported to the county jail.

Officers recovered a stolen vehicle in the 200 block of Highway 99W.

Heather Ylvisaker, 61, was cited for third-degree criminal mischief after an incident in the 400 block of East Ninth Street.

Oct. 14

Jared Cole Blankenbaker, 22, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. He was transported to the county jail.

Zachary Joseph Santrizos, 37, was cited for failure to appear on a criminal citation.

Nicholas A. Ruiz, 35, was arrested for DUII. He was booked, cited and released.

Michael Glenn Barrera, 56, was cited for second-degree criminal trespass after an incident in the 1100 block of North Springbrook Road.

Max Guenter Adolf Kliese, 28, was arrested for violation of conditions of release. He was transported to the county jail.

Officers responded to a reported domestic disturbance in the 1800 block of Portland Road. One subject was held for a mental health examination.

Carson Mitchell Adkins, 22, was arrested for violation of conditions of release. He was transported to the county jail.

Shane Tasi Cruz Blaney, 22, was arrested for violating a stalking order, harassment and telephone harassment. He was transported to the county jail.

Bill K. Gray III, 56, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. He was transported to the county jail.

Oct. 18

Santiago Lopez, 49, was arrested for violation of release agreement, harassment and resisting arrest. He was transported to the county jail.

Alicia Marie Alley, 35, was cited for violation of conditions of probation.

TVF&R personnel conducted a smoke investigation at 321 Dayton Ave. and a barn fire at 955 W. Sheridan St.

Oct. 10

TVF&R personnel responded to first-aid medical calls on Dogwood Avenue, Crater Lane, Foothills Drive, First Street, Johnson Drive, Second Street, Hayes Street, Fulton Street and Wareham Lane.

TVF&R personnel responded to a residential fire alarm at 17850 N.E. Hillside Drive.

Oct. 11

TVF&R personnel responded to first-aid medical calls on Werth Boulevard, Blaine Street, Pennington Drive, Alder Street in Dundee, Portland Road, 12th Street, Fulton Street, College Street and Gemini Lane.

TVF&R personnel responded to a burn complaint at 3507 Coffey Lane, a commercial fire alarm at 308 Carlton Way and MVCs at Highway 99W and Old Parrett Mountain Road, Kuehne Road and Highway 240, and College and Vermillion streets.

Oct. 12

TVF&R personnel responded to first-aid medical calls on Hayes Street, Main Street and Haworth Avenue.

TVF&R personnel responded to a residential fire at 642 S.E. Elm St., an electrical fire at 519 Hulet Lane and MVCs on Highway 219 and near the intersection of Sitka Avenue and Highway 219.

Oct. 13

TVF&R personnel responded to first-aid medical calls on Third Street, Hayes Street, Brier Avenue, Hancock Street, Rainbow Lane, Seventh Street in Dundee, Fulton Street and Foothills Drive.

TVF&R personnel responded to MVCs on First Street and at the intersection of Ninth and River streets.

TVF&R personnel responded to first-aid medical calls on Foothills Drive, Corral Creek Road, College Street, Aldercrest Drive, Werth Boulevard, Hayes Street, Fulton Street, Miller View Lane, Hulet Lane and Walnut Avenue.

TVF&R personnel responded to a miscellaneous apparatus response at 3100 Middlebrook Drive, a miscellaneous fire at Oak Grove and Hayes streets, and a burn complaint at 2120 N.E. Crater Lane.

Oct. 15

TVF&R personnel responded to first-aid medical calls on Sitka Avenue, Werth Boulevard, Portland Road, Hayes Street, Hurley's Lane and Bell Road.

TVF&R personnel conducted a smoke investigation at Highway 99W and Bell Road.

Oct. 16

TVF&R personnel responded to first-aid medical calls on Portland Road, Hurley's Lane, Fulton Street, Meridian Street, River Street, Hayes Street, Foothills Drive and Chehalem Street.

TVF&R personnel responded to MVCs at College Street and Mountainview Drive and on Old Highway 99W.

TVF&R personnel responded to first-aid medical calls on Hayes Street, Haworth Avenue, Highway 99W in Dundee, Grant Street and Charles Street.

TVF&R personnel responded to a residential fire at 275 N.W. Canyon Drive in Dundee, a MVC at Elliott and Portland roads, a grass fire at Bell Road and Wilkerson Way, a miscellaneous fire at Ribbon Ridge and North Valley roads, and smoke detector problems at 1708 Aldersgate Lane, 215 E. Church St. and 5024 Longest Drive.

Oct. 18

TVF&R personnel responded to first-aid medical calls on Elm Street in Dundee, Hayes Street, Werth Boulevard, Illinois Street, Esther Street, Hyland Drive, Foothills Drive, Wareham Lane and Third Street.

TVF&R personnel responded to a miscellaneous fire at 16741 N.E. Lewis Rogers Lane and a smoke detector problem at 644 N. Morton St.

Oct. 19

TVF&R personnel responded to first-aid medical calls on Hayes Street, Fulton Street, Sandoz Road and Portland Road.
