Outstanding warrants

Area law enforcement officers are looking for the following people with outstanding warrants.

Anyone with information on these individuals may call the Yamhill County Sheriff's Office or its detectives, or the Newberg-Dundee Police Department.

Nov. 8

Bert Steven Hernandez, 43, is wanted for failure to appear (FTA) for second-degree criminal mischief.

Carlos Hernandez, 19, is wanted on an FTA for driving under the influence of intoxicants (DUII) and failure to carry and present a license.

Dennis Hernandez, 32, is wanted on an FTA for DUII.

Jose Romero Hernandez, 35, is wanted on a probation violation for fourth-degree assault.

Juan Carlos Hernandez-Garcia, 32, is wanted on an FTA for possession of a controlled substance (PCS).

Juan Hernandez-Gomez, 23, is wanted on an FTA for DUII, reckless driving and reckless endangering.

Lazaro Cruz Hernandez, 32, is wanted on an FTA for DUII.

Saul Dominguez Hernandez, 37, is wanted on a probation violation for attempted second-degree kidnapping.

Mario Rodriguez Herrera, 38, is wanted on a probation violation for hit and run.

Clifton Allan Herring, 49, is wanted on a probation violation for fourth-degree assault and harassment.

Edwin Michael Hill, 34, is wanted on an FTA for felony possession of a restricted weapon and giving false information to a police officer.

Bryan Hillblom, 46, is wanted on a probation violation for first-degree burglary.

Crystal Rai Himmelspach, 29, is wanted for violating post-prison supervision on a conviction for aggravated theft.

Tyler Nicholas Hines, 26, is wanted on an FTA for PCS.

Justin Anthony Hoard, 27, is wanted on a probation violation for distribution of a controlled substance.

Bradley Daniel Hodges, 26. Is wanted for violating post-prison supervision on a conviction for failure to register as a sex offender.

Alexander Lee Dean Hofmann, 21, is wanted on a probation violation for possession of heroin.

David Paul Holden, 46, is wanted for violating post-prison supervision on a conviction for second-degree assault.

Jennifer J. Hoover, 38, is wanted on an FTA for contempt.

Gary Joseph Horvath, 29, is wanted on a probation violation for delivery of meth.

Sean David Erickson, 46, is wanted on a probation violation for harassment.

Christine Jane Hotelling, 52, is wanted on a probation violation for PCS.

Lew Andrew Hoyt, 26, is wanted on an FTA for third-degree theft.

Charity Sue Schwarz, 37, is wanted on a probation violation for endangering the welfare of a minor.

Oct. 30

Cody David Walker, 27, of Newberg, was arrested on a drug court sanction. No bail was set.

Omar Gonzalez Fierro, 34, of Newberg, was arrested for fourth-degree assault, harassment and first-degree unlawful sexual penetration. Bail was set at $157,500.

Oct. 31

Terry Lee Archer, 55, of Newberg, was arrested for first-degree sexual abuse. Bail was set at $150,000.

Claire Azza Umubyeyi, 32, of Newberg, was arrested for harassment. Bail was set at $2,500.

Nov. 1

Matthew Thomas Richey, 22, of Newberg, was arrested on a probation sanction. The case is pending.

Nov. 2

Alicia Jean Hillis, 20, of Dundee, was arrested on a probation sanction. Bail was set at $4,000.

Nov. 3

Jimmy Edward Vice, 36, of Newberg, was arrested on a probation sanction. No bail was set.

Christopher Anthony Brewster, 23, of Newberg, was arrested on a probation sanction. No bail was set.

Nov. 4

Dean Edward Somes, 34, of Newberg, was arrested for first-degree criminal mistreatment and third-degree assault. Bail was set at $17,500.

Oct. 21

TVF&R personnel responded to first-aid medical calls on Hayes Street, Mountain Top Road, Benjamin Road, Fulton Street, Springbrook Road, Meridian Street and Meadow Lane.

TVF&R personnel responded to commercial fire alarms at 3801 E. Hayes St. and 414 N. Meridian St., a MVC on Highway 99W and a fuel spill at Wilsonville and Springbrook roads.

Oct. 22

TVF&R personnel responded to first-aid medical calls on Hayes Street, Springbrook Road, Fulton Street, Sunset Drive and Falcon Crest Drive in Dundee.

TVF&R personnel responded to a smoke detector problem at 9725 N.E. Meadow Loop Road and a residential fire at 1100 N. Meridian St.

Oct. 23

TVF&R personnel responded to first-aid medical calls on Hawthorne Drive, Center Street, White Oak Street, First and Main streets, Arrowhead Place in Dundee, Fulton Street and Main Street.

TVF&R personnel responded to a water problem at 4715 Masters Drive.

Oct. 24

TVF&R personnel responded to first-aid medical calls on Fulton Street, College Street, Villa Road, Third Street and Heater Street.

TVF&R personnel responded to a MVC at Bell Road and Aspen Way and checked that a fire was extinguished at 18850 N.E. Ribbon Ridge Road.

Oct. 25

TVF&R personnel responded to first-aid medical calls on James Street, Fulton Street, Providence Drive, Meridian Street, Seventh Street, Corinne Drive and Old Parrett Mountain Road.

TVF&R personnel responded to a MVC at Elliott Road and Hancock Street.

TVF&R personnel responded to first-aid medical calls on First Street in Dundee, Howard Street, Dog Ridge Road, Meridian Street, Pacific Street, Middlebrook Drive, Foothills Drive and College Street.

TVF&R personnel responded to a miscellaneous fire at Highway 99W and Benjamin Road.

TVF&R personnel responded to first-aid medical calls on Newall Road, Corral Creek Road, Deborah Road, Ninth Street, Hayes Street, Fulton Street and Springbrook Road.

TVF&R personnel responded to a commercial fire alarm at 1301 E. Fulton St., a commercial fire at 804 N. Meridian St. and a MVC at Alder Street and Niederberger Road in Dundee.

Oct. 28

TVF&R personnel responded to first-aid medical calls on Meridian Street, Hayes Street, Pacific Street, Mountainview Drive and Alice Way, Keyes Lane in Dundee, Main Street and Thorne Street.

TVF&R personnel responded to a fuel spill at 11300 N.E. Fox Farm Road and a residential fire alarm at 33150 N.E. Wilsonville Road.

Oct. 29

TVF&R personnel responded to first-aid medical calls on Corral Creek and Renne roads, Second Street, Grant Street, Foothills Drive, Crestview Drive, Wynooski Street and Fifth Street in Dundee.

Oct. 30

TVF&R personnel responded to first-aid medical calls on Hayes Street, Hancock Street, Portland Road, Rainbow Lane, Knoll Drive and Walnut Avenue.

TVF&R personnel responded to a natural gas leak at 400 W. Edgewood Drive, a residential fire at 520 S.W. Fifth St. in Dundee, a MVC at Highway 240 and Dopp Road and a commercial fire alarm at 1310 Fulton St.

TVF&R personnel responded to first-aid medical calls on Third Street, Viewcrest Court, College Street, Edgewood Drive, Morton Street, Buckley Lane, Portland Road, Fulton Street, Elliott Road, King's Grade Road, River Street and Edwards Street.

TVF&R personnel responded to a commercial fire alarm at 207 Villa Road.

Jonathan Waite Duncan, 31, was arrested for DUII and recklessly endangering another. He was booked, cited and released.

Oct. 14

Officers took a bicycle theft report in the 3100 block of Knoll Drive.

Oct. 19

Christopher Steven Baldoni, 24, was arrested for violating conditional probation. He was transported to the county jail.

Quinton Ray Rees, 32, was cited for second-degree criminal trespass after an incident in the 600 block of East Hancock Street.

Christina Lynn Lebeda, 42, was cited for second-degree criminal trespass after an incident in the 600 block of East Hancock Street.

Officers took a theft report in the 1000 block of Charles Street.

Officers took a theft report in the 1100 block of North Springbrook Road.

Riley Sergei Brattain, 24, was cited for unlawful entry into a motor vehicle and third-degree theft after an incident in the 800 block of West Hancock Street.

Marion Alicia Swart, 43, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. She was transported to the county jail.

Officers took a report of criminal mischief in the 500 block of East First Street.

Kassandra Lynn Divel, 26, was cited for second-degree criminal mischief and criminal trespass after an incident in the 4100 block of Portland Road.

Tobie Shane Orick, 44, was arrested for DUII. He was booked, cited and released.

Oct. 21

Officers responded to a non-injury crash at Wilsonville and Springbrook roads.

Officers took a report of theft of a purse that occurred in the 1200 block of Deborah Road.

Robert Urieta Radilla, 29, was arrested for violating conditional release and unlawfully possessing inhalants. He was transported to the county jail.

Robert Lee Christopher, 35, was cited for failure to carry and present driver's license.

Oct. 22

Crystal Kaylynn Long, 26, was arrested for second-degree theft and unlawful entry into a motor vehicle after an incident near Fifth and Maple streets in Dundee. She was transported to the county jail.

Rodolfo Noe Radilla, 26, was arrested on an outstanding warrant and also charged with unlawfully possessing inhalants. He was transported to the county jail.

Officers responded to a non-injury crash near Crater Lane and Mountainview Drive. Information was exchanged between drivers.

Officers took a theft report in the 200 block of Sunset Drive.

Samantha R. Vergets, 22, was arrested for DUII. She was booked, cited and released.

Officers took a call of found property in the 1000 block of Henry Road.

Oct. 23

Officers took a report of criminal mischief to a building in the 800 block of South Meridian Street.

Offices took a report of fraudulent use of a credit card that occurred in the 900 block of Charles Street.

Officers took a report of criminal mischief to a building that occurred in the 1200 block of North College Street.

Oct. 24

Officers took a report of a 13-year-old boy who was runaway from the 2400 block of Haworth Avenue.

Sydney Star Ballard, 21, was cited for unlawful possession of heroin.

Pedro Radilla Jr., 23, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. He was cited and released.

Michael Glenn Barrera, 56, was arrested for violating conditional probation. He was transported to the county jail.

Shawn Sangkoo Dionne, 55, was cited for identity theft, first-degree theft, first-degree forgery and possession of a forged instrument after multiple incidents in the Newberg area.

Oct. 25

A 14-year-old male was cited for menacing after an incident in the 3000 block of Lindquist Court.

Officers took a report of theft of gasoline that occurred in the 300 block of East Sherman Street.

Officers responded to an injury crash near Hancock Street and Elliott Road. The at-fault driver was cited.

Oct. 26

Officers took a report of a 13-year-old girl who was a runaway from the 400 block of South Everest Road. She was later returned home.

Oct. 27

Officers responded to a non-injury crash near Highway 99W and Niederberger Road. The at-fault driver was cited.

Jacob Levi Vose-Rossi, 38, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. He was transported to the county jail.

Daniel Warren Peters, 33, was arrested for harassment after an incident in the 1000 block of Providence Drive. He was transported to the county jail.

Pedro Radilla Jr., 23, was cited for second-degree criminal trespass after an incident in the 1400 block of Deborah Road.

Larry Edward Long, 52, was arrested for violating probation. He was transported to the county jail.

Le Sean Bertrand David Phillips, 45, was arrested for fourth-degree assault after an incident in the 800 block of East Ninth Street. He was transported to the county jail.

Officers took a report of fraud/forgery that occurred in the 300 block of North River Street.

Officers took a report of theft of a bicycle that occurred in the 3800 block of Hayes Street.

Oct. 28

Chad Allen McGee, 42, was arrested for DUII. He was booked, cited and released.

Shea Michael Reindel, 26, was arrested for violating conditional release. He was transported to the county jail.

Kelli Ann Vondrachek, 37, was arrested for DUII. She was booked, cited and released.

Oct. 29

Omar Alejandro Rubio, 27, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. He was transported to the county jail.

Officers responded to a domestic disturbance in the 5200 block of Fairway Street. It was determined not to have been criminal.

Oct. 30

A 13-year-old boy was taken into custody for fourth-degree assault after an incident in the 1800 block of Portland Road. He was transported to the juvenile detention facility.

Oct. 31

Claire Azza Umubyeyi, 32, was arrested for harassment after an incident in the 4700 block of Clubhouse Drive. She was transported to the county jail.

A 17-year-old male was taken into custody for violating conditional release. He was transported to the county juvenile detention facility.

Officers took a report of a car prowl/theft that occurred in the 200 block of East First Street.

Nov. 1

A 15-year-old girl was taken into custody for violating probation. She was transported to the county juvenile detention facility.

Officers took a report of a stolen vehicle that occurred in the 800 block of East Ninth Street.

A 12-year-old boy was reported as runaway from the 600 block of Little Oak Street. He was recovered and returned to his parents.

Officers took a report of a hit and run that occurred in the 1000 block of Providence Drive. The investigation is continuing.
