Outstanding warrants

Area law enforcement officers are looking for the following people with outstanding warrants.

Anyone with information on these individuals may call the Yamhill County Sheriff's Office or its detectives, or the Newberg-Dundee Police Department.

Nov. 22

Loretta Gayline Johnson, 46, is wanted for failure to appear (FTA) for identity theft.

Barrett Kent Jones, 68, is wanted on an FTA for driving under the influence of intoxicants (DUII).

Kendra Renee Jones, 24, is wanted on a probation violation for possession of a controlled substance (PCS).

Mitchell Andrew Jones, 29, is wanted on an FTA for first-degree burglary, first- and second-degree theft and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.

Jay Leon Jordan, 44, is wanted on an FTA for failure to carry and present a license.

Joseph Jordan III, 47, is wanted on a probation violation for fourth-degree assault and strangulation.

Felipe Serratos Juarez, 29, is wanted on a probation violation for possession of a forged instrument.

Eugene William Kaufman, 61, is wanted on an FTA for DUII.

William Walker Keech, 64, is wanted on an FTA for DUII.

Rick Keippi, 54, is wanted on an FTA for criminal mischief.

Jeremy Dean Kelley, 39, is wanted on a probation violation for third-degree sexual abuse.

Steven Jay Kerbs, 56, is wanted on a probation violation for attempt to elude and DUII.

Mary Lou Keys, 60, is wanted on a probation violation for unauthorized use of a vehicle.

Gregory James Knapp, 52, is wanted on a probation violation for DUII.

TVF&R personnel responded to first-aid medical calls on Foothills Drive, Esther Street, Corinne Drive, Grant Street and Bina Drive.

TVF&R personnel responded to first-aid medical calls on Springbrook Road, College Street, Gemini Lane, Second Street, Haworth Avenue, Hayes Street, Foothills Drive, Alder Street in Dundee, Buckley Lane and at the intersection of Illinois and Grant streets.

TVF&R personnel responded to commercial fire alarms at 1301 Fulton St. and 30835 Highway 99W and a request for public assistance (vehicle lockout) at 2303 Portland Road.

TVF&R personnel responded to first-aid medical calls on Hayes Street, Rainbow Lane, Springbrook Road, Providence Drive, Upland Drive and Werth Boulevard.

TVF&R personnel responded to a motor vehicle collision (MVC) on Highway 240 and a commercial fire alarm at 26288 N.E. Bell Road.

TVF&R personnel responded to first-aid medical calls on Portland Road, Vittoria Way, Hayes Street, First Street and Fifth Street.

TVF&R personnel responded to a water problem at 3801 E. Hayes St., a miscellaneous apparatus response at Red Hills Road and Highway 240, a report of downed wires at 22950 N.E. Highway 240 and a residential fire at 1005 Wynooski St.

Nov. 13

TVF&R personnel responded to first-aid medical calls on Villa Road, Main Street, Hayes Street, James Street, Crestview Drive and Laughlin Road.

TVF&R personnel responded to a commercial fire alarm at 2101 Crestview Drive and a miscellaneous apparatus response at Wilsonville Road and Oakmeade Lane.

TVF&R personnel responded to first-aid medical calls on Werth Boulevard, Bell Road, Emery Drive, College Street, Morris Street, Highway 240, Second Street and Illinois Street.

TVF&R personnel responded to a residential fire alarm at 1106 Sitka Ave.

Nov. 15

TVF&R personnel responded to first-aid medical calls on Hayes Street, Villa Road, Fulton Street, Werth Boulevard, Aldercrest Drive and Wilsonville Road.

TVF&R personnel responded to MVCs at Highway 99W and Haugen Road and near the intersection of North Valley and Nelson roads, a commercial fire alarm at 500 E. Illinois St.

TVF&R personnel responded to first-aid medical calls on Werth Boulevard, Streeds Lane, Hayes Street, Viewcrest Court, Highway 240 and Fulton Street.

Officers took a report of a car prowl/theft that occurred in the 3600 block of Bur Oak Court.

Nov. 1

Gage G. T. Smith, 29, was cited for menacing and reckless driving after an incident near Fifth and Howard streets

Nov. 2

Dean Allen Ebarb, 47, was cited for interfering with making a 9-1-1 call after an incident in the 900 block of Southeast Elm Street in Dundee.

Nov. 3

Officers took a forgery/theft report in the 2500 block of Portland Road.

Nov. 4

Officers took a report of a theft that occurred in the 2300 block of Portland Road.

Officers took a theft report in the 3800 block of Hayes Street. The investigation is ongoing.

Nov. 5

Vasily A. Antonyuk, 21, was arrested for DUII. He was booked, cited and released.

An 11-year-old male runaway was recovered and returned to his parents.

Dean Edward Somes, 34, was arrested for first-degree criminal mistreatment and third-degree assault after an incident in the 1100 block of North College Street. He was transported to the county jail.

Nov. 6

Christine Ann Hokanson, 31, was cited for driving while suspended.

Officers took a report of a hit and run that occurred in the 100 block of South River Street.

Nov. 7

Barbara Jean Keene, 56, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. She was transported to the county jail.

Lillian Junes Worthey, 19, was arrested on outstanding warrants. She was transported to the county jail.

Joseph Lawrence Willard, 26, was cited for failure to perform the duties of a driver.

Officers took a report of theft of a bicycle that occurred in the 400 block of North Meridian Street.

Officers took a theft report in the 1200 block of Southeast Maple Street in Dundee.

Officers took a theft report in the 3800 block of Jones Street.

Margaret Miller, 54, was cited for third-degree theft after an incident in the 1500 block of Portland Road.

Daniel Eugene Fitzgerald, 39, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. He was transported to the county jail.

Officers took a report of identity theft that occurred in the 200 block of Southeast Fifth Street in Dundee.

Nov. 9

Sean Case McGinley, 36, was cited for violating probation.

Nov. 10

Officers took a report of theft of bottles in the 2300 block of Portland Road.

Brenda Kay Spidal, 48, was cited for second-degree theft after an incident in the 2800 block of Portland Road.

Jerrimy Chad Christian, 47, was cited for second-degree criminal trespass and third-degree theft after an incident in the 400 block of East First Street.

David Dale Stotts, 62, was arrested for violation of conditions of release. He was transported to the county jail.

David Matthew Otte, 31, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. He was transported to the county jail.

Officers took a report of fraudulent use of a credit card that occurred in the 200 block of West First Street.

Officers took a theft report that occurred in the 2100 block of Sam Parrett Drive.

Paul Clifford Frazier, 44, was arrested for first-degree criminal trespass, second-degree disorderly conduct and resisting arrest after an incident in the 3300 block of Fernwood Road. He was transported to the county jail.

Edward Nelson Severance, 26, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. He was transported to the county jail.

Derrik Lee Bradford, 32, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. He was transported to the county jail.

Nov. 12

Officers responded to a domestic disturbance in the 2300 block of Roger Smith Drive. It was determined not to have been criminal.

Officers took a report of a theft that occurred in the 500 block of East Edgewood Drive.

Andrea Leigh Brown, 40, was arrested for unlawful possession of meth. She was transported to the county jail.

Quinton Ray Rees, 32, was cited for failure to appear on a criminal citation.

Christina Lynn Lebeda, 42, was cited for second-degree criminal trespass after an incident in the 1100 block of South College Street.

Officers took a report of sexual abuse that occurred in the Newberg area. The investigation is ongoing.

Officers took a report of a car prowl/theft that occurred in the 300 block of West Sherman Street.

Nov. 13

Officers took a report of criminal mischief to a bus stop structure in the 1400 block of North Main Street.

A 16-year-old male was cited for third-degree theft after an incident in the 100 block of East First Street.

Nov. 14

Raymonde Eugene Clonkey, 69, was arrested for violating probation. He was transported to the county jail.

Robert Eli Aleman, 43, of Dundee, was arrested on a probation sanction. No bail was set.

Christipher Allen Hubbell, 34, of Newberg, was arrested for failure to report as a sex offender.

Nov. 11

Derrik Lee Bradford, 32, a Newberg transient, was arrested on a hold from Marion County. No bail was set.

Paul Clifford Frazier, 44, of Newberg, was arrested for first-degree criminal trespass, second-degree disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. Bail was set at $12,500.

Nov. 12

Jason James Allen Hix, 25, of Newberg, was arrested for failure to pay fines and contempt of court. Bail was set at $10,000.

Andrea Leigh Brown, 40, a Newberg transient, was arrested for unlawful possession of meth. Bail was set at $7,500.

Nov. 13

Steven James Roedel, 52, of Newberg, was arrested for failure to appear on a criminal citation. No bail was set.

Andrew Jonathan McCombs, 44, of Newberg, was arrested on a probation violation. He received a sentenced charge.

Matthew Michael Hunt, 33, a Newberg transient, was arrested on a probation violation. No bail was set.

Javier Baca, 35, of Dundee, was arrested on a probation violation. Bail was set at $15,000.

Jonathan Andrew Harper, 27, of Newberg, was arrested on a probation violation and for failure to appear on a bench warrant for third-degree theft. No bail was set.

Robert Urieta Radilla, 29, of Newberg, was arrested on a probation violation. No bail was set.

Marco Antonio Mexicano, 25, of Newberg, was arrested for DUII. He was booked and released.

Zachary Dean Minor, 25, of Newberg, was arrested on a post-prison supervision sanction, a hold from Clackamas County, resisting arrest and for providing false information to a police officer. No bail was set.

Nov. 16

David Dale Stotts, 62, of Newberg, was arrested on a probation sanction. No bail was set.

Nov. 19

James Shannon Moss, 49, of Newberg, was arrested on a probation sanction. No bail was set.

Rachael Renee Bird, 34, of Dundee, was arrested for identity theft, counterfeit license forms, failure to appear, a probation violation and a hold from another jurisdiction. Bail was set at $15,000.

Carry Grant Marshall, 36, of Newberg, was arrested on a parole violation. No bail was set.

Christine Ann Hokanson, 31, of Newberg, was arrested for criminal driving while suspended or revoked, hit and run and reckless driving. She received conditional release.

Kyle Robert Dahl, 31, of Newberg, was arrested for violation of a no contact order. Bail was set at $250,000.
