Outstanding warrants

Area law enforcement officers are looking for the following people with outstanding warrants.

Anyone with information on these individuals may call the Yamhill County Sheriff's Office or its detectives, or the Newberg-Dundee Police Department.

Dec. 6

Robert George Lundy, 40, is wanted for failure to appear (FTA) for contempt.

Tsundue Danak Lutsang, 47, is wanted on an FTA for driving under the influence of intoxicants (DUII).

Elliott Thomas Lynum, 34, is wanted on a probation violation for fourth-degree assault.

Moya Blanchette Lysaker, 56, is wanted on an FTA for DUII.

Jose Alberto Maciel, 42, is wanted on an FTA for fourth-degree assault, strangulation, harassment and reckless endangering.

Jeff William Macdonald, 34, is wanted on an FTA for delivery and possession of a meth.

Jose Alanis Madrigal, 26, is wanted for failure to register a sex offender, harassment and fourth-degree assault.

Eric James Mailloux, 32, is wanted on an FTA for menacing.

Timothy James Mankins, 35, is wanted on an FTA for DUII.

Thomas Caesar Manning, 34, is wanted on a probation violation for DUII, reckless driving and failure to appear on a citation.

Bjorn Michael Manycolors, 25, is wanted on an FTa for second-degree criminal trespass and providing false information to a police officer.

Anne Marie Mancine, 50, is wanted on an FTA for reckless driving.

Mario Marcelino-Romero, 26, is wanted on an FTA for DUII.

Jose Macario Mariano, 32, is wanted on a probation violation for possession of a controlled substance (PCS).

Lynn Raymond Marks, 52, is wanted on a probation violation for PCS.

Erik Marquez-Escamilla, 29, is wanted on a probation violation for DUII and providing false information to a police officer.

Gabrielle Danae Marshall, 28, is wanted on an FTA for second-degree theft and resisting arrest.

Lee Allen Martin, 39, is wanted on a probation violation for PCS.

Cutberto Lopez Martinez, 43, is wanted on a probation violation for unlawful use or carrying a dangerous weapon.

Jose Angel Martinez, 37, is wanted on a probation violation for contempt and court.

Ricardo Gallardo Martinez, 46, is wanted on an FTA for harassment.

Aften Valene Gunn, 36, is wanted for violating post-prison supervision on a conviction for possession of heroin.

Ian Zehta Miller, 44, is wanted on an FTA for unauthorized use of a vehicle, menacing, second-degree theft, harassment and second-degree criminal mischief.

Bernard Elissagaray, 54, is wanted on an FTA for DUII and failure to register as a sex offender.

Pablo James Diaz, 35, is wanted on an FTA for fourth-degree assault, strangulation, second-degree disorderly conduct and harassment.

Nov. 1

Officers took a report of trespass and criminal mischief to a building in the 1200 block of North College Street.

Officers took a report of a 15-year-old male as runaway from the 2400 block of Willow Drive. He was located later that day.

Nov. 4

Officers took a report of theft in the 600 block of North Morton Street.

Nov. 6

Officers took a report of a burglary that occurred in the 1700 block of Johnson Drive.

Nov. 7

Barbara Jean Keene, 56, was cited for third-degree theft after an incident in the 1100 block of North Springbrook Road.

Officers took a report of criminal mischief to buildings (graffiti) that occurred in the 300, 400 and 500 blocks of East First Street.

Nov. 8

Officers responded to a non-injury crash at Highway 99W and Fifth Street in Dundee. Information was exchanged between drivers.

Officers took a report of a car prowl/theft that occurred in the 800 block of East Ninth Street.

Nov. 9

An 18-year-old male and an 18-year-old female were cited for minor in possession of marijuana.

Nov. 10

Wade Christian Atkinson, 26, was arrested for DUII, third-degree escape and recklessly endangering another person. He was booked, cited and released.

Officers took a report of criminal mischief to a fence that occurred in the 1200 block of Highway 99W in Dundee.

Officers took a report of a stolen bicycle in the 2200 block of East Second Street.

Kurstin Marie Aguirre, 35, was cited for driving while suspended.

Deigo Alberto Ortellao, 28, was cited for disorderly conduct after an incident in the 100 block of Sitka Avenue.

Nov. 12

Officers took a report of a car prowl/theft that occurred in the 500 block of Edgewood Drive.

Jason James Allan Hix, 25, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. He was transported to the county jail.

Nov. 13

Esteban Antonio-Mendoza, 41, was arrested for DUII. He was booked, cited and released.

Officers responded to a non-injury crash in the 400 block of Southwest Red Hills Drive. Information was exchanged between drivers.

Nov. 14

Nicole Marie Schumacher, 25, was cited for unlawful possession of meth and possession of a schedule IV controlled substance.

Officers responded to a domestic disturbance in the 1000 block of Wynooski Street. It was determined not to have been criminal.

Marissa Marie Morgan, 29, was cited for initiating a false report after an incident in the 1400 block of East 10th Street.

Nov. 15

Officers took a report of criminal mischief to landscaping in the area of Foothills and Center streets.

Quinton Ray Rees, 32, was cited for second-degree criminal trespass after an incident near Highway 99W and West Third Street.

Nov. 16

Robert Urieta Radilla, 29, was arrested for violation of conditions of release and second-degree criminal trespass. He was transported to the county jail.

Officers took a theft report in the 600 block of Dayton Avenue.

A 16-year-old female was taken into custody for violating probation. She was transported to the county juvenile detention facility.

Officers took a call of a firearm found near the intersection of Highway 99W and First Street in Dundee.

Curtis Richard Brodigan, 23, was arrested for second-degree criminal trespass after an incident in the 500 block of Dayton Avenue.

Nov. 17

Officers responded to an injury crash at First and College streets. The at-fault driver was cited.

Officers responded to a non-injury crash at Portland and Villa roads. The at-fault driver was cited.

Officers took a report of criminal mischief to two vehicles that occurred in the 600 block of East Second Street.

Brandy L Volkart, 24, was cited for unlawful possession of heroin and meth.

Nov. 18

Phillip Anthony Wallace, 35, was cited for menacing and disorderly conduct after an incident in the 400 block of Donna Drive.

Officers responded to a domestic disturbance in the 200 block of White Oak Street. It was determined not to have been criminal.

Robert Lee Carson III, 27, was cited for fail to carry and present a driver's license.

Michael Loren Hulse Jr., 49, was cited for unlawful possession of meth and disorderly conduct.

Kyle Robert Dahl, 31, was arrested for contempt of court. He was transported to the county jail.

Officers took a theft report in the 200 block of Melody Court.

Jeffrey Michael McElderry, 24, was arrested for violation of conditions of release and an outstanding warrant. He was transported to the county jail.

Nov. 19

Officers took a report of a burglary and theft that occurred in the 2900 block of East Second Street.

Jordan Lee Young, 23, was cited for third-degree criminal mischief after an incident in the 1800 block of Cedar Street.

A 19-year-old male was cited for being a minor in possession of marijuana.

Nathaniel William Ullom, 19, was cited for unlawful possession of meth after an incident in the 100 block of South River Street.

Officers took a report of theft that occurred in the 600 block of East First Street. It was later determined not to have been criminal.

Ashley Irene Shultz, 29, was cited for reckless driving after an incident near First and Grant streets.

James Shannon Moss, 49, was arrested for attempt to elude, reckless driving and unlawful possession and delivery of meth. He was transported to the county jail.

Officers took a report of criminal mischief to a vehicle in the 3800 block of Coffey Lane.

Officers took a theft report in the 600 block of Highway 99W in Dundee.

Carry Grant Marshall, 36, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. He was transported to the county jail.

Officers took a theft report in the 3400 block of Portland Road.

Loretta Olga Luce, 60, was arrested for DUII. She was booked, cited and released.

Jacqueline Alice Wendling, 51, was arrested for violation of conditions of release. She was transported to the county jail.

Officers took a report of a car prowl/theft that occurred near Ninth and Meridian streets.

Officers took a report of a stolen vehicle in the 2100 block of Portland Road.

Jennifer Kelley McClellan, 36, was cited for third-degree theft after an incident in the 1500 block of Portland Road.

Officers took a report of identity theft that occurred in the 3100 block of Juniper Drive.

Sharon Juanita Nash, 41, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. She was transported to the county jail.

Annemarie Grace McClanahan, 18, was cited for third-degree theft after an incident in the 400 block of North Meridian Street.

Ryan Daniel Gallagher, 30, was cited for unlawful possession of heroin and meth.

Celina Maria Garcia, 24, was cited for unlawful possession of heroin and first-degree criminal trespass after an incident in the 1400 block of Southwest Charles Street in Dundee.

Nov. 24

Leonard Michael Ray Wilson, 43, was arrested for violation of conditions of release and fourth-degree assault. He was transported to the county jail.

Joshua Tyler Lent, 19, was cited for failure to carry and present driver's license, unlawful possession of meth and heroin after an incident near Harrison and Sheridan streets.

Laura Christine Harrison, 47, was arrested for driving while suspended, DUII, failure to carry and present a driver's license and violation of conditions of release. She was transported to the county jail.

Officers took a report of a domestic assault that occurred in the Newberg area. The investigation is ongoing.

Jeffrey Wayne Paulson, 30, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. He was transported to the county jail.

Brandon Howard Dean, 27, was arrested for violation of conditions of release. He was transported to the county jail.

Geoffrey August Boquist, 40, was arrested for harassment after an incident in the 2900 block of East Second Street. He was transported to the county jail.

TVF&R personnel responded to first-aid medical calls on Oak Drive, Honey Lane, Bald Peak Road, Fulton Street and Deborah Road.

TVF&R personnel responded to a motor vehicle collision (MVC) at Springbrook and Fernwood roads, and conducted an odor investigation at 1808 N. Emery Drive.

Nov. 25

TVF&R personnel responded to first-aid medical calls on Meridian Street, Main Street and Hayes Street.

TVF&R personnel responded to a MVC at Highway 99W and Shepherd Road in Dundee and a fuel spill at Bell and Springbrook roads.

Nov. 26

TVF&R personnel responded to first-aid medical calls on Second Street, Chehalem Drive, Meridian Street and Hayes Street.

Nov. 27

TVF&R personnel responded to first-aid medical calls on Hayes Street, Third Street, Howard and First streets, Fulton Street and Second Street.

TVF&R personnel responded to MVCs at North Valley Road and Highway 219 and Highway 240 and Red Hills Road, and a commercial fire alarm at 15155 N.E. North Valley Road.

Nov. 28

Michael Allen McFadden, 35, of Newberg, was arrested on a hold issued by Klamath County. Bail was set at $10,000.

Jessie Elliott Brule, 37, a Newberg transient, was arrested on a probation sanction. No bail was set.

Nov. 29

Matthew Michael Hunt, 33, of Newberg, was arrested on a probation sanction. No bail was set.

David Lee Gray, 27, of Newberg, was arrested for contempt of court, fourth-degree assault and failure to appear. Bail was set at $10,000.

Nov. 30

Matthew Michael Hunt, 33, of Newberg, was arrested on a probation sanction. No bail was set.
