NDPD log

March 15

-Jeanne Lynne Koester, 30, was arrested on an outstanding warrant as well as unlawful possession of meth and heroin. She was transported to the county jail.

-David Matthew Otte, 31, was arrested for violating probation. He was transported to the county jail.

-A 16-year-old male was taken into custody for fourth-degree assault and harassment after an incident in the 2400 block of Willow Drive. He was transported to the county juvenile detention center in McMinnville.

March 16

-Curtis Richard Brodigan, 23, was arrested for violating probation and also charged with unlawful possession of meth. He was transported to the county jail.

March 17

-Officers took a report of a car prowl/theft that occurred near Third Street and Everest Road.

-Amber Elizabeth Gregory, 36, was cited for harassment after an incident in the 2800 block of Portland Road.

-David Allen Minor, 54, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. He was transported to the county jail.

March 19

-Christine Ann Hokanson, 31, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. She was transported to the county jail.

March 20

-Kathy Denise Leavitt, 58, was arrested for harassment after an incident in the 900 block of South Pacific Street. She was transported to the county jail.

-Sydney Star Ballard, 21, was arrested for violation of conditions of release. She was transported to the county jail.

-Pedro Radilla Jr., 23, was arrested for violation of conditions of release. He was transported to the county jail.

March 22

-Officers took a report of criminal mischief to a building in the 1500 block of East First Street.

-Israel Fransua Moncada-Ochoa, 35, was arrested for violating probation after an incident near Portland and Villa roads.

-Robert Guadalupe Guerrero, 37, was arrested on outstanding warrants, contempt of court and violation of a no contact order. He was transported to the county jail.

March 23

-Jason Robert Scroggins, 37, was cited for failure to appear on a criminal citation.

-Larry Floyd Pierce, 56, was arrested on an outstanding warrant.

David Alejandro Bravo, 36, is wanted on an FTA for identity and second-degree theft, second-degree forgery and possession of forged instruments.

Porfirio Moises Vazquez Bravo, 49, is wanted on an FTA for driving under the influence of intoxicants (DUII).

Lorena Mirina Brazovan, 32, is wanted on an FTA for DUII.

Shawn Lee Breshears, 42, is wanted on an FTA for unlawfully obtaining a controlled substance.

Christopher Anthony Brewster, 23, is wanted on a probation violation for PCS.

Nicholas Edward Britt, 38, is wanted for first-degree criminal trespass.

April Michelle Brooks, 45, is wanted on a probation violation for unauthorized use of a vehicle.

- TVF&R personnel responded to first-aid medical calls on Church Street and Villa Road, Brutscher and Hayes streets, First Street and Viewmont Drive in Dundee, and College Street and Burlington Drive.

- TVF&R personnel responded to a miscellaneous fire call at Blaine and Howard streets.

March 24

- TVF&R personnel responded to first-aid medical calls on Jacqui Court and Sierra Vista Drive, Brutscher Street and Werth Boulevard, Falcon Crest Drive, and Springbrook Road and Cobble Creek Drive.

Yamhill County jail reports

March 26

Zachary Carl Porter, 35, a Newberg transient, was arrested for unlawful possession of meth, first-degree theft and failure to appear. Bail was set at $5,000.

Stephanie Anne Duncan, 30, of Newberg, was arrested for violating a release agreement. No bail was set.

Jake Patrick Boronat, 27, of Newberg, was arrested on a hold issued by Washington County, as well as charges of failure to appear on a bench warrant, unlawful possession of heroin and using an invalid operator's license. No bail was set.

Eric Michael Weber, 21, of St. Paul, was arrested on a hold issued by Washington County. No bail was set.

Jeffrey Karr Hull, 21, a Newberg transient, was arrested for third-degree theft. Bail was set at $5,000.

Emillio Ernesto Caballero, 20, of Newberg, was arrested on a drug court sanction. No bail was set.

Brandt Hendrik Stenberg, 33, of Newberg, was arrested for DUII. No bail was set.

March 28

Shannon Michael Chartrand, 38, of Dundee, was arrested for DUII and recklessly endangering another person. He was booked and released.

Chasten Lee Foxall, 26, of Newberg, was arrested on a probation sanction. No bail was set.

Araceli Ulloa, 43, of Newberg, was arrested for third-degree theft, unlawful possession of meth, failure to appear on a criminal citation and contempt of court. Bail was set at $10,000.

Matthew David Kitchen, 29, of Newberg, was arrested for DUII. No bail was set.

Vaughn Cameron Lee, 43, of Newberg, was arrested for DUII. He was booked and released.
