Outstanding warrants

Area law enforcement officers are looking for the following people with outstanding warrants.

Anyone with information on these individuals may call the Yamhill County Sheriff's Office or its detectives, or the Newberg-Dundee Police Department.

April 18

Christina Renne Chamberlain, 35, is wanted on a probation violation for possession of a controlled substance (PCS) and failure to appear on a citation.

Daniel Loran Chambers, 46, is wanted for failure to appear (FTA) for driving while suspended or revoked.

Michael Dale Chandler, 41, is wanted for violating post-prison supervision.

Robert Dale Chapman, 67, is wanted on a probation violation for first-degree aggravated theft and first-degree theft.

Cesario Valdez Chavez, 40, is wanted on an FTA for driving under the influence of intoxicants (DUII) and reckless driving.

Reyes Chavez Chavez, 37, is wanted on an FTA for reckless driving and reckless endangering.

Jerrimy Chad Christian, 47, is wanted on an FTA for second-degree criminal trespass and offensive littering.

Samantha Dawn Christian, 28, is wanted on an FTA for reckless endangering and second-degree criminal mischief.

Joaquin Hernandez Cisneros, 50, is wanted for violating a release agreement on charges of first- and third-degree sexual abuse.

Pedro Cisneros, 48, is wnted on an FTA for first- and second-degree sexual abuse, first-degree sodomy and unlawful sexual penetration.

Thomas J. Clark, 27, is wanted on an FTA for contempt of court.

James Leroy Clooten, 46, is wanted on an FTA for second-degree criminal trespass.

Mathew Stephen Cobb, 49, is wanted on an FTA for DUII.

Dean Norman Cochran, 56, is wanted on an FTA for PCS.

James Allen Cochran, 48, is wanted on a probation violation for first-degree theft.

Carmen Marie Collins, 47, is wanted on a probation violation for PCS.

Gary Lee Collins, 56, is wanted on a probation violation for fourth-degree assault.

Jessie A. Collins, 53, is wanted on a probation violation for PCS.

David Sauno Contreras, 32, is wanted on an FTA for DUII, reckless endangering and reckless driving.

Roseanna Marie Bertoli (aka Roseanna Forsythe), 34, is wanted on an FTA for DUII.

Carolann Calcote, 18, is wanted on an FTA for first-degree theft.

April 6

- TVF&R personnel responded to first-aid medical calls on River Street, Center Street, Illinois Street, Brutscher Street, Portland Road, 10th Street and Jacqui Court.

- TVF&R crews responded to a residential fire alarm at Calkins Lane and Wind Ridge Road, a lift assist at College Street and Burlington Drive, and a miscellaneous fire on Honey Lane.

April 7

- TVF&R personnel responded to first-aid medical calls on Seventh Street, Anna Drive, Hazelnut Drive and Libra Street.

- TVF&R crews responded to a motor vehicle collision (MVC) at Highway 240 and Dopp Road and a miscellaneous fire at Hulet Lane and Haworth Avenue.

April 8

- TVF&R personnel responded to first-aid medical calls on Crestview Drive, Fourth Street, Mountainview Drive, Morton Street, Old Highway 99W, Everest Road, Washington Street and Dorris Drive.

- TVF&R crews responded to a request for public assistance at Leo Lane and Vittoria Way, and a chimney fire on Bald Peak Road.

April 9

- TVF&R personnel responded to first-aid medical calls on Meridian Street, Williams Street, Elliott Road, College Street, Brutscher Street, Heater Street and Deborah Road.

- TVF&R crews responded to lift assists at Elliott Road and Pecan Court and Walnut Avenue and Haworth Avenue, a MVC at Highway 99W and Third Street, and a public service at Highway 219 and Hash Road.

April 10

- TVF&R personnel responded to first-aid medical calls on Sixth Street, Brutscher Street, College Street, Brooke Drive, Hulet Lane, Hancock Street, Burlington Drive, Williams Street, Highway 99W in Dundee, Oak Grove Street, Ninth Street and Morton Street.

- TVF&R crews responded to a lift assist at Brutscher Street and Werth Boulevard.

April 11

- TVF&R personnel responded to first-aid medical calls on Center Street, Sitka Avenue, College Street, Dreas Way, Brooke Drive, Third Street and Werth Boulevard.

April 12

- TVF&R personnel responded to first-aid medical calls on College Street, Brutscher Street, Sherman Street and Hayes Street.

- TVF&R crews responded to a commercial fire alarm at Herd Road and Aspen Way, a MVC at Highway 219 and Bald Peak Road, a lift assist at Brutscher Street and Werth Boulevard, and conducted an odor investigation on Elliott Road.

- Cara Nichole Leonard, 29, was arrested for violating probation. She was transported to the county jail.

March 22

- Officers responded to a non-injury crash near Fourth and Meridian streets. Information was exchanged between drivers.

March 25

- Timothy Patrick Kane, 25, was arrested for driving under the influence of intoxicants (DUII) and reckless driving. He was booked, cited and released.

March 26

- Officers took a stolen vehicle report in the 1400 block of Deborah Road. The vehicle was later recovered and returned to its owners.

March 27

- Officers are investigating a reported violation of release agreement in the 3700 block of Heater Street.

March 28

- Kyle Morgan Porter, 25, was arrested for DUII and possession of a controlled substance. He was booked, cited and released.

- Carter Merriman Black, 31, was arrested for violating probation and unlawful possession of heroin. He was transported to the county jail.

March 29

- Jorge Duran, 34, was arrested for DUII. He was booked, cited and released.

- Kyle Morgan Porter, 25, was cited for unlawful possession of heroin.

- Cody Allen Johnson, 24, was cited for second-degree criminal mischief and failure to perform the duties of a driver at the scene of an accident.

March 30

- Officers responded to a non-injury crash in the 200 block of Highway 99W. Information was exchanged between drivers.

March 31

- Officers took a report of telephone harassment that occurred in the 300 block of South Everest Road.

- Christopher Michael Bearden, 21, was arrested for DUII and reckless driving. He was booked, cited and released.

April 1

- Shela Miranda Pennington, 29, was cited for second-degree disorderly conduct after an incident in the 600 block of Sitka Avenue.

April 2

- Officers took a report of theft of medication that occurred in the 900 block of Charles Street.

- Randall Earal Sheldon, 27, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. He was transported to the county jail.

- Pablo Ochoa Jr., 18, was cited for second-degree criminal mischief after an incident in the 1300 block of East Second Street.

- Alexis Salomon Ramierez, 20, was cited for second-degree criminal mischief after an incident in the 1300 block of East Second Street.

- Steven Alexander Ortega Morales, 18, was cited for second-degree criminal mischief after an incident in the 1300 block of East Second Street.

- Officers assisted Marion County Sheriff's Office in taking burglary suspects into custody near McKay and Gearan roads.

- Richard Ernest Don, 51, was cited for failure to carry and present driver's license.

April 3

- Felipe Gaytan Pena, 23, was cited for driving while suspended.

- Randall Earl Sheldon, 27, was cited for third-degree theft after an incident in the 1000 block of North Springbrook Road.

- Jason Daniel Sullivan, 47, was arrested for probation violation. He was transported to the county jail.

- Riley Sergei Brattain, 24, was arrested for contempt of court. He was transported to the county jail.

- Stephanie Anne Duncan, 30, was arrested for violating probation. She was transported to the county jail.

- Emilio Ernesti Caballero, 20, was cited for third-degree theft after an incident in the 700 block of South Pacific Street.

- Jay Lindberg Phillips, 64, was cited for second-degree criminal mischief.

- Matthew Michael Hunt, 34, was arrested for violation of conditions of release and unlawful possession of meth. He was transported to the county jail.

April 4

- Officers took a report of fraud/theft that occurred in the 800 block of Aldercrest Drive.

- A 17-year-old male was taken into custody on an outstanding warrant. He was transported to the juvenile detention center.

April 5

- Officers took a theft of medication report in the 1100 block of North Meridian Street.

- Cavin Lee Finley, 21, was cited to appear on an outstanding warrant.

- Officers took a report of sex abuse that occurred in the Newberg area. The investigation is continuing.

April 6

- Alma Louise Loggains, 70, was arrested for DUII. She was booked, cited and released.

- Alyssa Terese Atreides, 59, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. She was transported to the county jail.

April 7

- Brandon Jacob Weckel, 30, was cited for failure to carry and present a driver's license.

- Alicia Marie Alley, 36, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. She was transported to the county jail.

- Jake Gregory Anderson, 21, was arrested for DUII. He was booked, cited and released.

- Officers investigated a reported harassment in the area of First and School streets.

April 8

- Robert Urieta Radilla, 29, was arrested for violating probation and cited for unlawful possession of inhalants after an incident in the 1100 block of North Springbrook Road. He was transported to the county jail.

- Rodolfo Noe Radilla, 27, was cited for unlawful possession of inhalants.

Jeremiah Allen Haney, 36, of Newberg was arrested on a bench warrant for failure to appear on a harassment charge. Bail was set at $5,000.

April 10

Jesse Dean McClure, 20, of Newberg, was arrested for unlawful possession of heroin and attempt to commit a crime. No bail was set.

Judas Rodrigo Rocha, 19, of Newberg, was arrested on a probation sanction. No bail was set.

Dean Edward Somes, 35, of Newberg, was arrested for first-degree criminal mistreatment. No bail was set.

April 11

Ryan Kenneth Easterling, 29, a Newberg transient, was arrested for criminal driving while suspended or revoked, reckless driving, recklessly endangering another person, unauthorized use of a vehicle and fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer. Bail was set at $55,000.

Israel Fransua Ochoa Moncada, 35, of Newberg, was arrested for harassment and contempt of court. No bail was set.

Josoph Allen Haney, 20, of Newberg, was arrested for failure to appear, assaulting a public safety officer, attempt to commit a crime and third-degree escape. No bail was set.

Sydney Star Ballard, 21, of Newberg, was arrested for contempt of court. Bail was set at $10,000.

April 12

Tyler Brock Koons, 38, of Newberg, was arrested on a post-prison supervision sanction. No bail was set.

Lillian Junes Worthey, 20, of Newberg, was arrested for second-degree criminal mischief, probation violation, second-degree disorderly conduct, failure to appear and unlawful possession of heroin. No bail was set.

David Allen Minor, 54, of Newberg, was arrested for unlawful use of a weapon, fourth-degree assault, second-degree disorderly conduct and failure to appear on a criminal citation. No bail was set.

Shawn Phillip Tarrats, 35, of Newberg, was arrested for violating a restraining order and unlawful possession of meth. Bail was set at $17,500.
