Outstanding warrants

Area law enforcement officers are looking for the following people with outstanding warrants.

Anyone with information on these individuals may call the Yamhill County Sheriff's Office or its detectives, or the Newberg-Dundee Police Department.

April 25

Ramon Vicente Sanchez Cortez, 35, is wanted on a probation violation for driving under the influence of intoxicants (DUII) and reckless endangering.

Ivan Lee Cosner, 56, is wanted on a probation violation for manufacture, delivery and possession of controlled substances (PCS) and frequenting a place where controlled substances are used.

Burl Allen Cox, 43, is wanted for failure to appear (FTA) on a charge of failure to carry and present a license.

Robert Anthony Cox, 30, is wanted on a probation violation for fourth-degree assault.

Ivan Laureano Crisostomo, 32, is wanted on an FTA for attempt to elude and DUII.

Justin David Crouch, 38, is wanted on an FTA for criminal driving while suspended or revoked.

Roy Allen Cruickshank, 65, is wanted on an FTA for harassment.

Karin Kaye Cruz, 30, is wanted on a probation violation for tampering with drug records and possession of oxycodone.

Jorge Hernandez Cuenca, 30, is wanted on a probation violation for harassment.

Shane Steve Culp, 36, is wanted on an FTA for first-degree theft.

Ronald Carlyle Cunningham, 53, is wanted on an FTA for DUII.

Russell Current, 56, is wanted on an FTA for driving while suspended or revoked.

Jamaal Rashad Dacas, 30, is wanted on an FTA for harassment.

Jesse Paul Davies, 44, is wanted on a probation violation for unauthorized use of a vehicle.

Francis Elmer Davis, 66, is wanted for violating post-prison supervision on a conviction for possession of a prohibited firearm.

Joe Henderson Davis Jr., 38, is wanted on an FTA for felon in possession of a firearm and PCS.

John Fredrick Davis, 24, is wanted on an FTA for DUII and reckless driving.

Jacob Michael Day, 25, is wanted on an FTA for DUII.

Charmane Lynn Degrande, 45, is wanted on an FTA for DUII and hit and run.

Abelardo Delossantos Dejesus, 28, is wanted on an FTA for DUII and hit and run.

Adrian Delacruz-Mendez, 48, is wanted on an FTA for DUII.

Salomon Mendoza Delgado, 37, is wanted on a probation violation for third-degree robbery and menacing.

Jesse Leland Stephens, 38, is wanted on a probation violation for unlawful possession of meth.

Christina Marie Boyd, 37, is wanted on an FTA for unlawful possession of heroin.

Anthony Michael Delreal, 23, is wanted on a probation violation for first-degree theft.

April 13

- TVF&R personnel responded to first-aid medical calls on Knoll Drive, Brutscher Street, First Street in Dundee, Douglas Avenue, Werth Boulevard, Columbia Drive, Sunset Drive and Meridian Street.

April 14

- TVF&R personnel responded to first-aid medical calls on Brutscher Street, Dunberg Loop, Williams Street and Short Oak Drive.

- TVF&R crews responded to a motor vehicle collision (MVC) at Siefkin Lane and Corral Creek Road.

April 15

- TVF&R personnel responded to first-aid medical calls on Wynooski Street, Brutscher Street, Main Street and Hayes Street.

April 16

- TVF&R personnel responded to first-aid medical calls on Brutscher Street, Brooke Drive and Fulton Street.

April 17

- TVF&R personnel responded to first-aid medical calls on Ninth Street, Highway 240, Brutscher Street, Sixth Street, Dayton Avenue and Wareham Lane.

- TVF&R crews responded to commercial fire alarms at North Valley and Dopp Road and at the intersection of Center Street and Villa Road.

April 18

- TVF&R personnel responded to first-aid medical calls on College Street, Brutscher Street, Little Oak Street, Portland Road, Second Street, Hayes Street, Center Street, Crestview Drive and Williams Street.

- TVF&R crews responded to a commercial fire alarm at Center Street and Villa Road and a request for public assistance at Elliott and Springbrook roads.

April 19

- TVF&R personnel responded to first-aid medical calls on First Street, North Valley Road, Elliott Road, Ninth Street, Chehalem Drive, Howard Street and Buckley Lane.

- TVF&R crews responded to a miscellaneous fire at Wynooski Street and Highway 219.

April 16

Robert Lee Christopher, 36, a Newberg transient, was arrested on a probation sanction and for failure to appear. No bail was set.

April 17

Richard Christopher Lewis, 29, a Newberg transient, was arrested for failure to appear. Bail was set at $12,500.

Ryan Kenneth Easterling, 29, a Newberg transient, was arrested on a hold issued by Washington County. Bail was set at $5,000.

Shad Lawrence Holloway, 43, of Newberg, was arrested on a parole sanction. No bail was set.

Juan Daniel Bravo, 26, of St. Paul, was arrested for failure to appear in court to face a charge of failure to carry and present an operator's license. Bail was set at $10,000.

Chasten Lee Foxall, 26, of Newberg, was arrested on a probation sanction. No bail was set.

April 18

Jay Lindberg Phillips, 64, of Newberg, was arrested for second-degree criminal mischief. He was booked and released.

Dean Edward Somes, 35, of Newberg, was arrested for first-degree criminal mistreatment. No bail was set.

Ryan Christopher Blythe, 31, of Dundee, was arrested for menacing. He was booked and released.

Kristen Michaelle Griffiths, 27, of Newberg, was arrested for reckless driving and DUII. She was booked and released.

Nicole Rae Guedon, 29, of Dundee, was arrested for DUII. She was booked and released.

Crystal Marie Hubel, 59, of Newberg, was arrested for DUII. She was booked and released.

Theodore Joffre Stiner, 23, of Newberg, was arrested for criminal driving while suspended. He was booked and released.

April 19

Zachary Dean Minor, 26, of Newberg, was arrested on a parole sanction. The case is pending.

Ryan Daniel Gallagher, 31, of Newberg, was arrested on a parole sanction. No bail was set.

Marion Lucia Swart, 44, of Newberg, was arrested for criminal driving while suspended or revoked and failure to appear. Bail was set at $2,500.

Sydney Star Ballard, 21, of Newberg, was arrested on a probation sanction. No bail was set.

Angel Michael Rodriguez, 40, of Newberg, was arrested on multiple counts of first-degree aggravated theft, fraudulent use of a credit card and first-degree theft. Bail was set at $150,000.

April 20

Harold Eugene Pistore, 50, of Newberg, was arrested on a parole sanction. No bail was set.

Silvano Tenorio Garcia, 38, of Newberg, was arrested for fourth-degree assault and harassment. Bail was set t $15,000.

Jordyn Amanda Smith, 25, of Newberg, was arrested for second-degree criminal mischief. Bail was set at $6,250.

April 22

Oscar Adrian Guzman, 26, of Newberg, was arrested on a parole sanction for unlawful possession of meth and heroin, possession of weapons by certain felons, second-degree forgery and criminal possession of a forged instrument. No bail was set.

Leah Rae Robinett, 30, of Newberg, was arrested on a probation sanction. No bail was set.

March 25

- Officers investigated a report of public indecency that occurred in the 3300 block of Fernwood Road.

- Jeffrey Karr Hull Jr., 21, was arrested on an outstanding warrant and for violating conditions of release. He was transported to the county jail.

March 26

- Erica Anne Whipple, 26, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. She was transported to the county jail.

March 31

- Crystal Marie Hubel, 59, was arrested for DUII. She was booked, cited and released.

April 1

- A 17-year-old female was cited for violating curfew and being a runaway. She was returned to her parents.

- Jackie Leigh Cross, 33, was arrested for violating conditions of release and third-degree theft. She was transported to the county jail.

April 2

- Officers are investigating a report of first-degree theft by receiving that occurred in the 2300 block of Portland Road.

April 3

- Officers responded to an injury crash near Mountainview Drive and College Street. Information was exchanged between drivers.

April 5

- Meriah Lynn Crabtree, 25, was cited for third-degree theft after an incident near First and Grant streets.

- Alain James Cardoza, 32, was arrested for driving under the influence of intoxicants (DUII). He was booked, cited and released.

- Cavin Lee Finley, 21, was cited to appear on an outstanding warrant.

- Officers took a report of sex abuse that occurred in the Newberg area. The investigation is continuing.

April 6

- Alma Louise Loggains, 70, was arrested for DUII. She was booked, cited and released.

- Alyssa Terese Atreides, 59, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. She was transported to the county jail.

- Ashley Ruth Ballaris, 34, was arrested on an outstanding warrant and cited for violating probation. She was transported to the county jail.

April 7

- Brandon Jacob Weckel, 30, was cited for failure to carry and present a driver's license.

- Alicia Marie Alley, 36, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. She was transported to the county jail.

- Jake Gregory Anderson, 21, was arrested for DUII. He was booked, cited and released.

- Officers investigated a reported harassment in the area of First and School streets.

April 8

- Robert Urieta Radilla, 29, was arrested for violating probation and cited for unlawful possession of inhalants after an incident in the 1100 block of North Springbrook Road. He was transported to the county jail.

- Rodolfo Noe Radilla, 27, was cited for unlawful possession of inhalants.

- Danielle Marie Walker, 37, was cited for fourth-degree assault after an incident in the 400 block of Whitney Drive.

- Officers responded to an injury crash in the 2100 block of Portland Road. Information was exchanged between drivers.

- Amy Fann McQueen, 27, was cited for harassment and disorderly conduct after an incident in the 400 block of East Third Street. She was also cited for harassment for a separate incident that occurred in the 1000 block of Providence Drive.

April 9

- Jason Kelly Breiner, 36, was arrested on an outstanding warrant and also charged with failure to perform the duties of a driver. He was transported to the county jail.

- Officers responded to a non-injury crash in the 200 block of Highway 99W. The at-fault driver was cited.

- Officers responded to a domestic disturbance in the 1200 block of North Meridian St. It was determined not to have been criminal.

April 10

- Officers took a report of criminal mischief to a home in the 900 block of Southeast Oak St in Dundee.

- Gerald Matthew Harris, 40, was arrested on an outstanding warrant and also charged with DUII. He was transported to the county jail.

- Judas Rodrigo Rocha, 19, was arrested for violating conditional release. He was transported to the county jail.

- Cannon James Mead, 25, was cited for driving while suspended.

April 11

- Ky Ramsey Schaad, 18, was arrested for violating conditional release. He was transported to the county jail.

- A 15-year-old female was taken into custody for fourth-degree assault after an incident in the 700 block of Elliott Road. She was transported to the juvenile detention center.

- Officers took a report of theft and criminal trespass that occurred in the 100 block of East Third Street.

April 12

- Officers responded to a non-injury car crash at First and Edwards streets. The at-fault driver was cited.

- Officers took a theft report in the 1000 block of Providence Drive.

- Officers took a report of a hit and run to a vehicle that occurred in the 1900 block of Portland Road.

- Officers took a report of telephone harassment that occurred in the 1300 block of Parkside Lane.

April 13

- Officers investigated a hit and run to a vehicle in the 3700 block of Portland Road.

- Officers took a report of identity theft in the 100 block of East Fourth Street.

April 14

- Randall Earl Sheldon, 27, was cited for third-degree theft after an incident in the 100 block of East First Street.

- Kaleb James Brigdon, 27, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. He was transported to the county jail.

- Todd Marshall Thornton, 55, was arrested for violating conditional probation. He was transported to the county jail.

- Officers took a report of criminal mischief to a fence in the 5100 block of Longest Drive.

April 15

- Brianna Carli Billings, 30, was arrested for driving while suspended. She was transported to the county jail.

April 16

- Robert Lee Christopher, 36, was arrested for violating conditional probation. He was transported to the county jail.

- Officers took a report of a rape that occurred in the Newberg area. The investigation is ongoing.

April 17

- Shad Lawrence Holloway, 43, was arrested for violating conditional release. He was transported to the county jail.
