Outstanding warrants

Area law enforcement officers are looking for the following people with outstanding warrants.

Anyone with information on these individuals may call the Yamhill County Sheriff's Office or its detectives, or the Newberg-Dundee Police Department.

May 16

Paul Andrew Flagg, 54, is wanted on a probation violation for possession of a controlled substance (PCS).

Havanna Tiffany Fletchall, 30, is wanted for failure to appear (FTA) for fourth-degree assault, second-degree criminal mischief and harassment.

Jose Luis Flores, 50, is wanted on an FTA for driving under the influence of intoxicants (DUII) and reckless endangering.

Juan Castellano Flores, 39, is wanted for violating post-prison supervision on a conviction for hit and run.

Nicholas Juarez Flores, 37, is wanted for violating a release agreement on an arrest for distribution a controlled substance to a minor and third-degree rape.

Roel Flores, 39, is wanted for failure to appear for sentencing.

Roy Flores, 39, is wanted on a probation violation for third-degree assault.

Ariel Martinez Florez, 39, is wanted on an FTA for DUII.

John Danford Flournoy, 38, is wanted on a p robation violation for DUII and driving while suspended.

Mary Lourdes Fossum, 57, is wanted on an FTA on a stalking order complaint.

Katherine Kelly Foster, 38, is wanted on an FTA for attempt to elude.

Adam Edward Fox, 38, is wanted on an FTA for second-degree criminal mischief, third-degree theft and resisting arrest.

Eduardo Franco, 42, is wanted on an FTA for second-degree disorderly conduct.

Quinton Rickel Franklin, 26, is wanted on an FTA for reckless driving.

Jeffrey Arthur Friesz, 53, is wanted on an FTA for DUII.

Edward James Fuller, 68, is wanted on an FTA for DUII.

Ricardo Lobato Galeana, 37, is wanted for contempt and failure to appear for a jail sentence.

Troy Allen Gallagher, 50, is wanted on an FTA for fourth-degree assault, strangulation and harassment.

Alicia Ashley Gallo, 32, is wanted on a probation violation for PCS and endangering the welfare of a minor.

Adrian Velasquez Garcia, 25, is wanted on an FTA for third-degree rape and sexual abuse.

Belinda Garcia, 49, is wanted on a probation violation for PCS.

Michael James Clouse, 27, is wanted on a probation violation for PCS.

Maximilliano Colorado Castillo, 26, is wanted for delivery and possession of meth.

Jennifer Antonia Eichensehr, 48, is wanted on an FTA for DUII and reckless driving.

Farrell Jordan Nichols, 29, is wanted on an FTA for DUII and recklessly endangering another.

May 7

Cody Neil Pierce, 32, of Newberg, was arrested for DUII and third-degree criminal mischief. No bail was set.

Joseph Andrew Matthews, 38, of Newberg, was arrested for hit and run. No bail was set.

Destin Joseph Kuhl, 23, of Newberg, was arrested for unlawful possession of heroin. No bail was set.

May 10

Jake Patrick Boronat, 27, of Newberg, was arrested on a parole violation and a hold issued by Washington County. No bail was set.

May 12

Erik Rocha Jr., 30, of Newberg, was arrested on a drug court sanction. No bail was set.

May 13

David Allen Minor, 54, was arrested for fourth-degree assault. Bail was set at $5,000.

Andrea Leigh Brown, 41, of Newberg, was arrested on a probation sanction. No bail was set.

Jason C. Spady, 32, of Newberg, was arrested for DUII. Bail was set at $5,000.

- Dusty Ray Seely, 29, and Matthew Everett Maul, 30, were cited for second-degree criminal mischief after an incident in the 300 block of North Elliott Road.

April 19

- Officers took a report of criminal mischief to a residence in the 3300 block of Aquarius Boulevard.

April 20

- A 17-year-old male was cited for minor in possession of marijuana.

April 21

- Officers took a report of hit and run to a vehicle that occurred in the 2400 block of Portland Road.

April 22

- Leah Rae Robinett, 30, was arrested for violating conditional release. She was transported to the county jail.

April 23

- Officers took a report of a theft that occurred in the 100 block of East First Street.

April 26

- Kayla Michelle Breazeale, 21, was arrested for fourth-degree assault. She was booked, cited and released.

- Ramiro Morales, 47, was cited for second-degree disorderly conduct after an incident in the 400 block of East Ninth Street.

- Brandon Wayne Palm, 28, was cited for second-degree disorderly conduct after an incident in the 500 block of West Sheridan Street.

April 28

- Officers stopped a motorcycle on Highway 99W near Home Acres Road. The motorcycle was found to be stolen. Tigard police responded and took custody of the suspect. The motorcycle was released to the owner.

- Ryan Norman Lee Haselton, 29, was cited for failure to register as a sex offender and second-degree disorderly conduct.

- Douglas Wayne Minor, 56, was cited for second-degree disorderly conduct after an incident in the 500 block of West Sheridan Street.

April 30

- Sarah Elizabeth Henry, 33, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. She was transported to the county jail.

- Officers took a report of a sex crime that occurred in the 1100 block of East Fourth Street.

May 1

- Devin Michael Abrams-Bunn, 23, was cited for driving while suspended.

- Officers took a report of a hit and run to a vehicle that occurred in the 3300 block of Portland Road.

- Officers responded to a non-injury crash at Portland Road and Brutscher Street. Information was exchanged between drivers.

May 3

- Taylor John Webster, 27, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. He was transported to the county jail.

- Charisse H Jackson, 55, was cited for second-degree theft after an incident in the 1000 block of Providence Drive.

May 4

- Sabine Michelle Hughes, 20, was cited for reckless driving and failure to carry/present driver license.

- Judas Rodrigo Rocha, 19, was arrested for violation of conditions of probation. He was transported to the county jail.

- Officers took a report of fraud that occurred in the 800 block of South Pacific Street.

May 5

- Officers took a report of a hit and run to a vehicle that occurred in the 200 block of First Street in Dundee.

- Richard Clifford Starr, 39, was cited for driving while suspended.

- Erika Allyn Greenslade, 29, was cited for failure to carry/present driver license.

- A 16-year-old girl was recovered as a runaway. She was released to a grandparent.

- Sarah Anne Maldonado, 30, was cited for harassment after an incident in the 1100 block of Pennington Drive.

- Jeffrey Sterling Stoutt, 56, was arrested for DUII. He was transported to the county jail.

May 6

- Alain James Cardoza, 32, was cited for driving while suspended.

May 7

- Matthew Michael Wilkes Jones, 36, was charged with fourth-degree assault after an incident that occurred in December. He remained lodged at the county jail.

- Officers took a courtesy report concerning alleged abuse that occurred in Clackamas County.

May 4

- TVF&R personnel responded to first-aid medical calls Fairway Street, College Street, Wynooski Street, Brutscher Street, Niederberger Road in Dundee, Sixth Street, Werth Boulevard and Second Street.

- TVF&R crews responded to a residential fire alarm at Madrona Drive and Vittoria Way, an injury motor vehicle collision (MVC) at First and College streets, a lift assist at Second and Washington streets, a miscellaneous fire at Blume Lane and Chehalem Drive and a request for public assistance at North Valley Road and Calkins Lane.

May 5

- TVF&R personnel responded to first-aid medical calls Old Parrett Mountain Road, Center Street, College Street and Brutscher Street.

- TVF&R crews conducted an odor investigation at Kuehne Road and Highway 240 and provided a lift assist at Brutscher Street and Werth Boulevard.

May 6

- TVF&R personnel responded to first-aid medical calls Sunny Acres Lane, Haworth Avenue, Brutscher Street and Dayton Avenue.

- TVF&R crews responded to a request for public assistance at Portland Road and Norwood Court, as well as providing a lift assist at Brutscher and Hayes streets.

May 7

- TVF&R personnel responded to first-aid medical calls Elliott Road, Douglas Avenue, Portland Road, Oak Drive, Springbrook Road and Crater Lane.

May 8

- TVF&R personnel responded to first-aid medical calls Brutscher Street, Elliott Road, Trunk Road, Sherman Street, Brooke Drive, Franklin Street and Portland Road.

- TVF&R crews responded to a miscellaneous fire on Pinehurst Drive, a request for public assistance at Springbrook and Portland roads, and conducted an odor investigation at Stephanie Court and Hilltop Drive.

May 9

- TVF&R personnel responded to first-aid medical calls Lewis Rogers Lane, Fifth Street, Williams Street, Crestview Drive, Herd Road, Hawthorne Drive, Elliott Road, Mountainview Drive, Sherman Street, Springbrook Road, Crestview Drive and Douglas Avenue.

- TVF&R crews responded to a miscellaneous fire at Andrew and 14th streets.

May 10

- TVF&R personnel responded to first-aid medical calls Highway 219 and Bell Road, Brutscher Street, First Street, Center Street, Crawford Lane, Hulet Lane, Eighth Street, Crestview Drive, Werth Boulevard, Mountainview Drive, Center Street and Cherry Street.

- TVF&R crews responded to a commercial fire alarm on Fulton Street and a lift assist at Brutscher Street and Werth Boulevard.
