The Trail Blazers' 111-104 victory Thursday night against the Houston Rockets included the first 30-point, 25-rebound game in franchise history.

LaMarcus Aldridge continued his torrid play as Portland improved to 19-4 -- the best record in the NBA Western Conference.

Aldridge finished with 31 points and a career-high 25 rebounds.

Portland is 10-2 at Moda Center.
