A Portland man, U.S. Postal Service mail handler John Randall, 39, collects more than $15,000 from the Oregon Lottery after picking all 14 NFL games correctly in the weekly Sports Action betting contest.
And it's the second time in seven weeks he has gone 14-0.
His first 14-game win was worth $12,560.
Randall also won more than $1,000 with three 10-game winning tickets the previous week and says he has had four eight-game winners and hit every Monday Night Football game this season.
New to Sports Action this week: betting on NBA games, even though the league has filed a lawsuit in U.S. District Court to stop the lottery's offering.
