Portland (34-13) opens a four-game trip with a 4 p.m. PT tip against the Washington Wizards at the Verizon Center in Washington, D.C. (CSNNW).

The Wizards beat Oklahoma City 96-81 at home on Saturday, snapping a 10-game win streak by the Thunder.

Point guard John Wall has been named to the NBA Eastern Conference All-Star Game roster. He had 17 points, 15 assists and a career high-tying six steals against OKC.

A win over Portland would give the Wizards (23-23) their first above-.500 record since October 2009.

Washington is 11-11 at home; the Blazers are 15-8 on the road.
