Oregon Ducks left-handed pitcher David Peterson now has a first-team All-America honor for each finger of one hand.
Peterson claimed his fifth first-team A-A selection on Saturday, when he was named to the team by the American Baseball Coaches Association.
The junior from Denver was drafted No. 20 overall last year, taken by the New York Mets.
He also was a third-team All-America pick by Baseball America.
Collegiate Baseball, D1Baseball.com, the National Collegiate Baseball Writers Association and Perfect also made him a first-teamer.
Peterson also was a semifinalist for the Golden Spikes Award and the Dick Howser Trophy.
In 2017, he was 11-4 with a 2.51 ERA and school-record 140 strikeouts (and 15 walks) in 100 1/3 innings.
