COLLEGE FOOTBALL

Oregon and Oregon State have decided to avoid a conflict with the PK80 basketball tournament honoring Phil Knight.

The Ducks and Beavers have moved their annual Civil War football game from Friday, Nov. 24 to Saturday, Nov. 25, at Autzen Stadium in Eugene.

No kickoff time has been announced.

COLLEGE WOMEN'S BASKETBALL

The University of Oregon has given coach Kelly Graves a new, six-year, $4.124 milion contract.

It runs through the 2022-23 season.

COLLEGE MEN'S BASKETBALL

Malcolm Duvivier, a 6-2 guard, will transfer from Oregon State after graduating this spring.

• The University of Oregon says senior forward Chris Boucher had knee surgery Wednesday in New York to repair his torn left anterior cruciate ligament and will begin rehab next week.

COLLEGE MEN'S SOCCER

Troy Ready, a former Warner Pacific assistant coach, has been named head coach of the Knights.

Ready coached under Bernie Fagan at WPC in 2013 and was on the coaching staff at Corban the past two seasons.

He played for the Washington Huskies from 1999-2003, and his pro career included a stint with the Portland Timbers from 2006-08.

COLLEGE BASEBALL

Oregon Ducks junior left-hander David Peterson has been named national pitcher of the month for March by the National Collegiate Baseball Writers Association.

The native of Denver went 5-0 with a 0.50 ERA.

WINTERHAWKS

Clay Hanus, a 2001-born defenseman, has been signed by Portland.

The 5-10, 165-pounder played this season as a freshman at Minnetonka High in the Twin Cities.
