The No. 1-ranked Beavers won a nonconference battle with their in-state rivals to raise their record to 35-4.
Oregon fell to 25-15.
Sophomore Jordan Britton (1-0), in his first start of the season, and freshman reliever Brandon Eisert from Aloha High, combined on two-hitter.
Britton, a left-hander from Caldwell, Idaho, gave up the hits (a second-inning double and sixth-inning single) with one walk.
Eisert got his second save with 3 1/3 hitless innings and six streikeouts, without a walk.
He had five Ks in a row, then retired three straight batters in the ninth. He has struck out 35 in 26 2/3 innings this season.
Jack Anderson drove in two runs for the Beavers, with a sacrifice fly in the first and a single in the seventh.
The other runs came in the fourth on Adley Rutschman's single and Nick Madrigal's sacrifice fly.
Anderson and Rutschman each had two hits.
UO starter Ryne Nelson (0-1) gave up one hit and one run with a walk in one inning.
The crowd of 3,316 was the seventh of the year above the 3,000 mark in Corvallis.
The Beavers are averaging 2,974 per game this season.
TRACK AND FIELD
Concordia's Giovanni Brown finished fourth and teammate James Phillips took fifth in the Great Northwest Athletic Conference decathlon at Nampa, Idaho.
Brown totaled 6,420 points and moved up one spot in Tuesday's final five events.
Phullips, who led after the first day, had 6,316 points.
The winner, Payton Lewis, scored 6,815.
