Two people were hurt in the accident, one seriously. Two people were injured in a fiery crash Saturday morning at the intersection of South Barnards Road and Dryland Road near Molalla.

The crash damaged a natural gas district regulator, causing a fire. Northwest Natural said about 30 customers were without natural gas service because of the crash. Four crews are working to repair the damaged regulator and restore service.

A woman driving a pickup was seriously injured and taken by Life Flight helicopter to Legacy Emanuel Medical Center in Portland. The driver of another vehicle involved in the collision suffered minor injuries.

The names of the victims were not released.

Clackamas County sheriff’s deputies said the accident happened at about 6:15 a.m. Nov. 23 in an unincorporated part of the county near Molalla.
