A Multnomah County grand jury has cleared Portland police in the shooting death of Kelly Swoboda, a wanted fugitive who was shot and killed by police in Hillsdale in March.
The granbd jury decided the use of force was justified.
Swoboda died after exchanging fire with Officer John Romero, who was wounded in the incident. He was treated and released from OHSU.
