Police serve three warrants, arrest man
Police served three search warrants and arrested a Portland man Thursday morning as part of an ongoing firearms investigation.
No guns were confiscated during the raids but police seized approximately three ounces of methamphetamine.
Brian Steven Graham, 46, was charged with delivery and possession of methamphetamine and parole violation warrants. The investigation will be forwarded to the U.S. Attorney's Office for possible federal prosecution.
The warrants were served on three houses at approximately 5:00 a.m. by the Portland Police Bureau's Special Emergency Reaction Team (SERT), Gang Enforcement Team (GET), Drugs and Vice Division (DVD), and the Gun Task Force (GTF).
The three houses were located at 11818 N.E. Holladay St., 2907 S.E. 90th Ave., and 3075 N.E. Front Ave.. Graham was arrested at the Holladay Street address.
Although no guns were seized, police say they found evidence of firearm possession.
